The Cruise Holidays uk Reviews

I contacted the Cruise Holiday about a tailor made trip i'd seen via social media.
I received a call back quickly from Raj.
He looked into the package I was interested in & came back with a good discount. He also slightly tweeked the trip to suit us.
Unfortunately we decided not to book the trip but just the cruise part of the original holiday. A larger company came in with a better price which was unfortunate for Raj as his customer service was amazing.
I must admit, I did feel pretty bad about booking with someone else but the fare was too much cheaper to ignore.
I would definitely get back to Raj at The Cruise Holiday if I decide to book a 'tailor made' trip including plane, train & ship as I believe he could get me the best deal.
Thanks guys, keep up the good work

Excellent service. Listened to what I wanted, stayed on budget and put together a great holiday.

Outstanding service and levels of communication from Raj. Every request and query was responded to in a prompt and professional manner. Raj helped us to personalise our trip which was very much appreciated. Top class, thank you

Contacted other cruise/stay agents before we booked with The cruise Holidays. Raj the agent we spoke to found him very professional and informative. He sorted the hotels and tweaked the itinerary to suit.

Reema went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best price for our holiday. I can’t recommend this company enough for such a good service.

Raj, the advisor was so polite, patient and helpful, he looked at all the different options for us swiftly and effectively and made sure he got us a package right for us.

Scout My Holiday... is an absolutely MARVELLOUS company. Ask for Prince and you will have the very best of care. He is amazingly helpful , and cannot do enough to help. Prince is very professional and proficient, and makes certain you have everything you need and more. The prices he quoted will not be beaten. Prince offers peace of mind and certainty that everything will go according to plan, so you have no worries. Happy holidays.

Just booked a caribbean cruise with Prince.
He is a very professional member of the team, very clear explaining everything involved and made the booking process very enjoyable.😊

I had been searching for a cruise with a stay in Lake Garda, for my husband and I, but could not find anything that quite fitted what I wanted and then I saw and advert on facebook from The Cruise Holiday uk which looked perfect. I sent them a message and Raj phoned me back we discussed the itinerty and he sent me it in full which showed all the included transfers via email.
When I then confirmed I wanted to book he went through everything with me again on the telephone to ensure everything was right. I have now booked and received all the paperwork and atol certificates. Amazing service. Well done Raj - that's all we need do now is sit back and wait for our holiday which is 1 night in Rome, 10 night best of Italy & Croatia cruise on Celebrity Constellation and a 3 night stay in Lake Garda. Booked for July 2027

Prince was extremely helpful & provided numerous options to my never ending list of queries. Once we settled on the cruise all associated travel arrangements were confirmed

Very professional and proactive

Just returned from an amazing holiday booked with Prince at The Cruise Holidays UK.
We had a one night stay in Rome, then an 11 night Adriatic cruise & finally 3 nights in Lake Garda. The information & guidance we received from Prince when we made the initial booking was excellent. The communication & response times were great & everything was explained so clearly. All our documentation for transfers, hotels etc arrived when stated and each step of the holiday ran like clockwork. It was lovely to have all the stress taken out of booking a cruise & stay & at such a good price. Will definitely look to book again.

Speaking to the cruise Team has been very easy, no long wait for calls to be answered. My questions were dealt with straight away, a few changes to my schedule that I made were dealt with professionally throughout. All details for my cruise were sent in plenty of time. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.

Amazing experience
Raj shah was marvellous so helpful and answered all our questions
Every detail was covered 🥰

Prince was extremely helpful when I wanted to make some last minute changes to my upcoming holiday. I had emailed him and he replied almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring.

Our cruise consultant, Prince Shah was the best! Knowledgeable, professional but most of all patient! He tailored our cruise a few times and it seemed no bother at all to him. We are confident after dealing with him that our trip will be amazing!

I have given 4 stars. After I have received my tickets, had no problem when I arrive at my hotel, all of my transfers have gone smoothly and I have returned home without issues, I will give 5 stars. The booking is just the first step which has gone well. The logistics are yet to come.

Great communication to help make our booking. Very efficient, knowledgeable about cruises. Always felt in secure hands with every question answered to help us.

Great service with the Cruise Holidays. Always happy to help with any enquiries. Will definitely look at booking my next cruise via them.
