The Customize Boxes Reviews

Our boxes turned out great! Austin was extremely responsive and helpful. He made quick adjustments in order for us to get our boxes perfect and right on time.

What's made this a good experience for me is the design help for my product boxes, prompt service, and great communication about the product throughout the whole process. We're on our 4th order and about to start on our 5th and 6th. We've worked together enough now that there's trust built up and some familiarity with our products and packaging, which makes everything so much easier. Really had a positive experience working with them!

Austin was very helpful with advice to make the design even better for printing! Good turn around time and quality product.

I can highly recommend The Customize Boxes. My interaction with Justin Baker was superb - always ready to respond immediately and work out solutions quickly and efficiently. The quality of the boxes is very high and the speed with which they were printed and sent was very quick.

My purchasing experience with Austin Colton for my custom boxes was excellent! He had great communication and responsiveness throughout the entire process. I'm very happy with the quality of my boxes, customer service, and quick turnaround time of the product from order to delivery to my home! Thank you, Austin!

Justin Baker did an excellent job preparing and delivering a new printed bag for our company. Beautiful work!

Easy to work with Austin to get exactly what I need in a very quick turn around. He's always checking in and making sure we have what we need before I even have to ask.

Austin Coltin was great in helping me find and order the correct product. He was very professional and I look forward to working with him and his team in the future.

Dominic Lawrence was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and patient during the box customization process. I will continue to use them in the future...thanks Customize Boxes!!!

We worked with Justin to order 300 custom boxes. From the communication, pricing to quality the service has been 10/10! We were hesitant about the quality and service since we had not worked with them before, but can say that we will definitely work with them again! The pricing is truly unmatched and Justin's communication was great from initial concept and during the production process.

Very professional staff, I was very meticulous about everything but my rep Justin remained patient through out the entire process and the quality of the boxes turned out much better than anticipated, great bang for buck, and the delivery was fast. Highly recommend them

The Customize Boxes are by far the best vendor for custom projects.
Justin's exceptional patience and assistance were key factors in the success of our project. His dedication to providing a top-tier finished product, which was a perfect match to the digital proof provided by the Customize Boxes Team, exceeded our expectations.
I look forward to working with them again.

The Customize Boxes is fantastic!! They got back to me so quickly! Their design team made up a 3D mock-up of my item for my approval before they made anything. Their customer service is phenomenal! My boxes arrived sooner than I thought. Will be using for all our box needs!

The order was exactly what I wanted and delivered on time.

The boxes came out really nice great quality and easy to work with! Thanks you Justin for all the help and support!

Quick response, and customer service was very personal. Product was quality as well!

Justin, my customer service rep, was really great to work with. His quote was transparent, he was prompt with his design feedback and was just all around helpful. He made the process of ordering and designing very easy. I found the price of my custom soap boxes to be competitive with other suppliers as well. Would/probably will work with this company for custom packaging in the future.

I worked with Austin. He & the team worked fast to deliver a dead accurate proof of the product ordered. I can’t believe how great the quality is and it matched my design intent perfectly! I recommend working with The Customize Boxes, especially when considering lower volume jobs. The pricing is very fair and this is coming from a 5 year seasoned procurement professional. Looking forward to working with them on future projects!

Hazel Carlos made this project with The Customize Boxes incredible! From her initial interaction with one of my colleagues to the back-and-forth with me during the design and production process (including a reprint!), Hazel was prompt, courteous, and extraordinarily efficient. Her pleasant demeanor and "we can make that happen" attitude will keep The TAGS Group coming back to The Customize Boxes for all of our future client needs.

Amazing customer service from Ray, they worked tirelessly making my design perfect. And shipping was faster than I expected and the final product is very high quality. I got a Matte finish and just love how it feels!! Thank you! I will be using them for all my printing needs!
