Had a great experience! Austin Colton was my rep and got me what I was looking for and helped all along the way. I was very particular about the quality and making sure my colors and everything came out as I envisioned. Their design team was able to take my files and properly get everything from computer to print. I also did a custom box so it was extra difficult but we got it done! Communication, professionalism, and the pricing was fair. I compared many and i'm glad I went with these guys.

We recently had a customer looking for custom chocolate boxes, and Austin Colton was amazing throughout the entire process. He provided everything we needed to get the order moving quickly and even secured competitive pricing for our customer. When the boxes arrived, our customer loved them! The gold-foil finish was great, the packaging was excellent, and their chocolate bars fit perfectly. The order even arrived earlier than expected. Overall, Austin made this experience incredibly smooth, and we truly appreciate his outstanding service.

Justin & his team were FANTASTIC to work with!

From our first call all the way through production, they were extremely thorough, communicative, & professional. Prior to finding The Customize Boxes, we had samples made by several companies, though none were at the level of quality we were looking for.

That is, until we met Justin & the team, who created something truly polished & unique for us. They were also able to make a 3D mock up prior to creating the samples to give us peace of mind & the opportunity to communicate any design changes (whereas many other companies insisted on printing without a full mock up design).

The team created a custom 2-piece tin (with embossing), a set of custom cards for us, and airtight plastic wrapped both.

The coordination was seamless & Justin was/is incredibly responsive. We always have felt supported & understood by the team - who gave us great feedback on our design as well. The product is high quality & turned out even better than we had expected - we will be placing another order very soon!

Our boxes turned out great! Austin was extremely responsive and helpful. He made quick adjustments in order for us to get our boxes perfect and right on time.

What's made this a good experience for me is the design help for my product boxes, prompt service, and great communication about the product throughout the whole process. We're on our 4th order and about to start on our 5th and 6th. We've worked together enough now that there's trust built up and some familiarity with our products and packaging, which makes everything so much easier. Really had a positive experience working with them!
