The Customize Boxes Reviews

I love my boxes and they are perfect addition to my books.

The boxes that I ordered were exactly the way I ordered
them , and I received my order earlier then they told me they would come , Keep it up the good work

Matthew has been the most efficient helpful person, right from the get-go. He has patiently helped me through changes, he has shared innovative ideas, his customer service is off the charts, and to be honest, I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. I have over 200 skincare products which are all individually labeled and so this is a big operation for a small business. It can be intimidating, but Matthew is absolutely the best, he’s made it so easy. THANK YOU MATTHEW.
20 out of 10 😁 for your friendly efficiency and outstanding customer service.

Hazel Carlos helped me with my box selection and design. They were very helpful and communicated well with me through the project.

Hazel was an absolute pleasure to work with. She spent a lot of time ensuring my project turned out exactly as I wanted. I couldn’t be happier!

I have to say we are overwhelmed with the quality of the boxes we ordered and the overall experience we’ve had with this company.

The boxes are better than promised, the coating silky and the colors bright. Absolutely outstanding job. We’ll definitely be ordering from them again in the future and recommending to friends. Matthew was a pleasure to work with.

Six stars!

We had The Customize Boxes help us to design and make 400 boxes for our product to put into General Nutrition Centers (GNC). The boxes are awesome: absolutely perfect. They are exactly what we wanted. Dominic Lawrance guided us the whole way. Dominic and The Customize Boxes don't just advertise great service, they live it every day.

Andrew did a great job. Was a little rocky when he had got sick, but once he came back, everything went smoothly

We had an incredibly positive experience with The Customized Boxes from start to finish. The communication through a complicated design process through shipping was superb. It was always apparent that their team was intent on giving us a product that met our high standard. We received the boxes today and could not be happier with the quality- we are thrilled. We look forward to working with this company and their staff again. We highly recommend The Customized Boxes to anyone who is looking for an impressive finished product! The quality and pricing can not be beat.

Dominic was awesome! He made sure I received my packages on time. I definitely recommend their service.
