Product is not as described. The mat is much smaller than advertised and is very thin. I would liken size and thickness to a tea towel. On top of this the product does not actually work in cooling down my dog. Shipping took around 3 weeks and although the company state a 30 day return. When trying to return the item they make the process extremely difficult and state that charges will be included as the item has to be shipped to overseas warehouses. Do not use this company it is a scam unfortunately.

I ordered 2 large mats in BEIGE. Buy one get one free.
After a very long wait. As previous customers have said. Their ad implies they are Uk based but delivery is a lengthy process as they are not. However if I received what i ordered I could overlook that.
I received one GREY mat. It is labelled L but very small. The photos on the website mislead you.

I have sent several emails and had no reply. I will be processing via my credit card as scam/ fraud

pricing and ordering was easy. received pretty promptly. Dogs are less than enthused though. push aside and lay on their beds

The advertising lead me to believe it was being sent from the UK. This was for the artic dog cooling mat. It is not cold feeling. Also the sizing is not correct the XL is like a UK medium. Stitching is fine but certainly not worth the money. As the sizing is incorrect It will not get much if any use. Would not shop or buy again. Some may say these are great. I had a pets at home XL mat which although had the gel was much cooler , cheaper and the correct sizing.

I ordered your cooling mats & cooling harness. I was very impressed. My dog loved them also. They are well made & really work well. However the harness didn’t fit. So I contacted you & asked how I could return it. I was told I didn’t have to return it & was given a refund. I will continue to order from dog hub because I now know how honest & helpful they are

Terrible customer service. Takes days to get an automatic reply.
I ordered 2 mats on 7 July to prepare for heatwave. It’s 21 July and I’m STILL WAITING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They make it look like UK based. They say they are recommended by UK magazines . But it’s all from China. As soon as I got the tracking information I tired to cancel the order. They are not responding to my messages. Do not waste your money.

Ordered two dog cooling mats on 3rd July. Today is the 21st. No response to my email. Tracking does not work.Have reported to my bank as fraud. Do not order - this is a scam.

My fur baby kept moving around on the floor to cool down. The cooling pad works great. He loves it and lies on it as soon as we come from our walks and no more struggling to cool down. She falls asleep on it. Great product and came quickly.

They were BOGO so I did it and I am glad I did. My Parker loves them. I recommend this product.

Very slow delivery information, then say your order is out for delivery via Evri but they say no such order number exists.
Definitely wouldn't bother using this company, I believe them to be scammers. Should my order actually arrive I will amend my review

I love these cool pads! I ordered 2 to make sure I had them in both the living room and my bedroom. As soon as I placed his cool pad down in the living room, my doggy went over to it, sniffed it and proceeded to lay right down on it and went to sleep. He also absolutely loves the other pad I placed on my bed where he sleeps next to me every night! Good job! They are made so well, just the right thickness and are a lovely color of beige! Great quality, awesome price! They were delivered right on time! Thank you so much! 🐕🤗

Refused a timely request for return with full refund even though it's in their return policy. Terrible company. Consumer rip off. Don't buy the cooling pad because it does NOT cool!

Product does exactly what it states. It cools and once body heat warms it and the dog repositions it gets cool again. Very impressive. My only problem is it must taste wonderful because it was chewed to pieces in less than one week. This is not the manufacturer’s problem! Only thing I would change is make it taste like bitter apple to discourage chewing behavior. ( not that it would discourage my Great Pyrenees….Probably would improve the taste to her..)

cooling pads work well enough. decent price and delivery.

Haven’t used the blankets yet but they look like they will be fine
