The whole process of ordering and receiving the blankets was simple and the product is excellent except for one small problem. My chihuahua sleeps on the larger blanket, my beagle carries the smaller blanket around like Linus and his security blanket. She has managed to rip a hole in one end and has pulled out some of the stuffing. Otherwise, we are happy.

The dogs love the cooling mats. I have told my friends about them.

No problems with the company. It did take about 3 weeks to receive my order.
The large mat is a bit smaller than I thought but not a problem. My one dog loves his mat and the older dog would rather lay on the tile in the kitchen. I tried putting the mat in the kitchen and he lays next to the mat.
I would recommend the mat.

My senior dog has Cushings Disease and seems to overheat more than in her younger years. She really enjoys her frequent naps on her cooling mat. I highly recommend it!!

My dogs absolutely LOVE their arctic mats! Heat index today and tomorrow will reach 115 so I'm thankful as well!!

These mats are great for my pups. I have them on our couches and they are now the go to spots for both of them.

Ordered the cool mats on the3rd July it now the 20 th and still nothing . The tracking doesn’t tell you anything. All I get told is it’s coming . Now with be reporting to trading standards and reporting this as fraud to my bank for a refund .

The cool mats arrived on 17th....they are excellent and little dog is now much cooler. Order extra large as wanted to put on sofa and rug..Would order again and recommend. x

Been waiting ten days now and the tracking offered seems to be a smoke screen. Was getting a bad feeling and now reading these reviews I’m very worried. Too many Chinese manufacturers selling poor quality goods and charging huge amounts to return. I hope I’m wrong and the beds are worth the wait if and when they arrive ….

Within 1 hour of using I am requesting a full refund. A total scam!! Do not trust this company.

Super slow shipping, and the product is terrible when it actually arrives. So called a 'Large' Dog bed, that could not accommodate a Jack Russel comfortably. A definite scam, do not buy from this company. The product itself is thin, and not worth the money at all. I wish I hadn't bothered. Please all save your money and don't buy this crap.

Promised purchase process is total fiction, the premium delivery is really a cover for a slow ineffective process which provides little tracking. Taken over two weeks to reach the country of origin customer, still needs to travel across the word and clear more customs.
Contacting them is fine and responsive but they offer little by way of updates, fingers crossed something eventually arrives before winter does.

Don't waste your money. They don't answer emails. They don't send the goods.

I can't give more than 2 star as I haven't got my cool mat yet. I wanted to give my review on the shipping time. It has been more than 10 days and I haven't received my mat yet. Looks like by the time it gets her, summer will be over

Never received item. I emailed them several times and received an automated response. Don’t buy from them. It is a scam.

They take a while to get to the UK but they are brilliant. Put one on top of our dogs bed. In the morning the surface was still cool but underside was really warm. The drag the heat away.

Very disappoined with the mat - it is nothing like the photos, very thin and flimsy and definitely not worth the money I paid. I have reached out and the company have offered me a 30% discount. I want the full amount back. I have email twice since and am getting no replies. The item also took weeks to come which makes me think this company is a chinese company.

Ordered some dog Cooling Mats which they state have over 10,000 5 star reviews on Trustpilot. The goods are total rubbish. Cheap Chinese tat which do not work in any shape or form. Do not waste money buying them Very expensive bits of foam rubbers with a cover.
