AND my dogs love playing the games and are improving.

Great support. They got me right on and it worked perfectly. It took a couple of minutes from submitting an email request to resolution.
It is so difficult to get good customer service - it is all AI chat bots that spew idiotic, trite "help" and/or lock me into choosing from multiple options that have nothing to do with my issue. I am really pleased this went so well.

1st of all, I love the way he teaches the science behind it all. Then he brings the science to life with action and showing a step by step with a dog. This allows for seeing the mechanics and allowing for a confident go at it. Thank you for bringing this to dog trainers everywhere. This is for all levels of dog trainers and behaviorists, never stop learning.

The code they sent me via email to access the program doesn’t work and no one has replied to. Y requests for help with this. I just threw away the money.
update: despite the response from Emily below I have not received an email from anyone at Help My Dog about this problem.

I paid extra for the recall but never received it

Like several others, I have made a purchase, I was then bombarded with instant upselling, which I did not want. I was told I would receive an email with login details. The links went to a random email address that is not mine and not one that I have ever created. I have contacted them by email and after a few days, I have managed to access the content. So far so good with the course but I think the customer journey needs works. It doesn’t flow well and you have to access the courses one by one.

Dr Tom's course is amazing! It helped me so much more than any other method that I have tried with my dog. I really appreciate the course structure and how Dr Tom explains the purpose and goal of each game. Seeing the bigger picture was something that I failed to see in other trainings. Now it all finally makes sense, and I can already see the results that I hoped for!!

I am now on day 9 of My dog walks are Stressful. I cannot believe the difference after 3 days of playing the games at home, I plucked up the courage to take my 1year old German Shepherd (who is nearly 40kg very strong) out. Wow what a difference, not 100%, but at least he was looking for me and I was able to distract him for at least 75% of the walk. There were people, dogs, birds but I kept distance and let him look, using the games I played with him and he came back. I even dropped his lead to give him more freedom and he still came back. Today we went out again bit of trouble getting out the front door, next doors children just came home from school and were shouting out side, I played the find it game and then off we went, well we got to the car cover down the street where he normally barks,lunges and goes crazy, I played the game again and we went past it, no problems. I'm so proud of him we saw people,dogs and it was very windy which normally freaks him out. It was great 👍 he is more settled at home, when we get up he's not straight there with us but just lifts his head and lays down again, much more relaxed. I am more relaxed and really enjoying the games and learning with my beautiful dog. I cannot thank you enough. I am now looking forward to long stress free walks. Thank you again.x

I have spent a couple of thousand dollars on various dog trainers in the past and nothing has been successful until I took the helpmydog concept training, the 10 day plan for stressful dog walks, and joined the learning hub.

I thought I was good with dogs until I got Daisy, but she taught me otherwise. I knew we needed to try something different, and was unsure where to start. We found the 10 day walk plan, and we have never looked back! We now train by playing games, and having fun - and understand that our nutty dog is actually normal! The experiences has been so positive, that we have also joined the HMD online hub, and are benefiting from all the courses, lessons, and support from the team and members.

I have to say, you cannot find a better online learning platform for you and your dog. The lessons are easy to follow and they are highly practical. If you have a dog that pulls or generally does not walk nicely on a leash, I suggest signing up for the 10-day stress free walks. 10 day stress free walks was a real eye opener and so good. I started this with my large adolescent Labrador and it totally transformed my walks.
Continued by joining the hub where there is a huge wealth of material to extend learning and my relationship with my dog.
For me one of the greatest things has been not only the wealth of material but the way it is structured makes everything so user friendly.

Who doens't want a dog that is totally relaxed on walks? And it is all done through simple and fun games. Great support and help from Helpmydog on the FB page and from other members. Help my Dog saved my relationship with my terrier. I was at a loss and HMD helped me, particularly for reactive dog walks and walking properly out and about. Their 10 day plan for stress-free walks was a revelation. It wasn't long before our situation started improving. I've continued being a member of HMD because I want the best life for my boys and to live a happy, relaxed and confident life.

Loved the 10-day stressful walks plan. It gave me a structure to follow and really helped my dog stop pulling and being reactive on our daily walks. I've now joined the hub and there is so much information in there, a great friendly community to offer support, and lots of learning to continue our progress. I would highly recommend these guys without doubt.

Having trouble accessing info and more trouble trying to cancel. I signed up within the last 24 hours. I was hoping for easier access.

I’m starting to think this is a scam. I paid for the course, they’ve been emailing me the daily videos to watch but the login details/ password they sent do not work. I contacted them about it 4 days ago and have had no response at all.
