New boiler fitted and old boiler and tank all removed in one day. Nice people, cleaned up after themselves and the office staff kept us informed at every turn. If only every company I dealt with were as good - 5 stars from us

1st class service… lovely engineers
The guys from EBC were so great.. My mum is elderly and they were so patient and kind with her…explaining several times what work was being carried out & how to operate the boiler & radiators… .They were both extremely respectful and professional..They laid carpet protectors throughout the property and were efficient clean and highly professional… The finished result was perfect and the boiler left in a way my mum could understand how to operate… High quality fittings & exceptional customer service… 5 stars definitely.. EBC… thank you so much..

Solar and battery install from EBC. 5⭐️
Got EBC to quote and install for a solar and battery system for the house. The service from start to finish was simply great. From the first visit from Rick, the support from Abby and others in the office through to the scaffolders and install team (Gareth, Chris, Annette +1) I cannot fault EBC at all!! Absolutely first class service and delighted with the products and outcome. The app for the invertor gives lots of data about performance and power usage etc. Early days but it’s really useful to visually see how things are working!! Love it. I can genuinely highly recommend the team.

I have just had a combi boiler replaced…
I have just had a combi boiler replaced in my flat and have had a great experience with The Edinburgh Boiler Company from start to finish.
Hollie and Gracie in the office handled initial inquiries and were polite, helpful and efficient. David then came out the next day to inspect the property and was very professional and polite, helping me choose a boiler suitable for my property. No " hard sell", just realistic discussions about what I wanted for my property and how much I wanted to spend.
The engineer who installed my boiler, Robert, was methodical and efficient, installing the boiler in the stated time and explaining everything clearly to me afterwards. He was also so tidy that there was very little cleaning to do afterwards, which was a bonus!
After the installation, unfortunately my washing machine would not work, so I sent an email to the company in the evening and, first thing next morning, office manager Gracie phoned me and sent round an engineer. A lovely, young, polite engineer called Thomas explained that it was nothing serious - just a valve that needed turned, and it was fixed in seconds.
I will definitely use this company for my yearly service and will have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and colleagues.

We installed solar panels an air source heat pump with the Edinburgh Boiler Company. They guided us through the process including applying for a grant and made the process straightforward
We were not looking forward to the disruption of getting the heat pump installed but the installation team surpassed our expectations. Scott, Daniel and Shaun worked long days and kept us informed of their progress. Their hard work was appreciated

I had a full heating system installed by the Edinburgh Boiler Company. The job was booked in within a few weeks of being confirmed, the team worked quickly on the day and finished alot faster than expected. Great company, very friendly staff, would highly recommend.

First class
Installation date was set, but we had to change it as we could not get accommodation...not a problem, staff were great, re arranged installation date, engineers were first class, all the work was done on time as it was a combi boiler and lots of radiators! Amongst other things. House was left in a good state, and the aftercare so far has been excellent. Would recommend.

The entire process from start to finish…
The entire process from start to finish was beyond what was expected. From the initial visit to the boiler being picked up, it was smooth and you wouldn’t even have noticed that they were there, apart from having hot water and heating again.
Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a new boiler or any of their services

Great service and kept us informed
The install didn’t go 100% smoothly due to an inexperienced apprentice’s work but the rest of the team pulled a blinder to fix the issue on the day and kept us informed the whole time. I would much rather a company took on apprentices and let them learn like this than not at all so we had no issues at all. All in all we are very happy with the installation and the boiler, hive etc.

Heatpump installation
Installation of heatpump went all to plan. Scott, Daniel and Sean worked flat out for 3 days and did a fantastic job. They were courteous, respectful to our property and ourselves and tidied up at the end of the job. Had a couple of minor leaks after completion but these were promptly fixed. Would thoroughly recommend.

Exceptional Solar installation
Fantastic experience from start to finish. From meeting Rick and getting our initial quote right through to the brilliant team of installers, who fitted the whole system in one day! I would also mention the office staff who were all very helpful.
I had thought about a solar system for several years and contacted a few other installers. EBC being local as well as that "first impression" gave me confidence that they were the company to go with. Definitely the correct choice, every member of staff was professional and polite with an exceptional work ethic.
Very impressed with the whole system.
