Great experience!!!!
I had some quotes for over 7k to do my floors. I had done some googling and found this store locally, from the first minutes I talked to Richard I was impressed . The customer service and support has been hands down the best experience I’ve had in a long time . The product was exactly what it was advertised, the experience was great, I’m very happy with how my floors turned out and can’t wait for people to see it so I can refer this company . Thank you rich and to all that helped .

Having used other products, this was the easiest to mix and pour. Dried very hard and was able to use in one day

I've ordered a few times from this company. This is now the second time I have had problems and they are now losing me as a customer moving forward. My bottles arrived leaking and sticky all over. I emailed customer service requesting a return label to return my order and requesting a replacement set. I was asked for pictures showing the level of resin in the bottles, which I provided. They received the photos and I was then told that I did not need to send back the resin, that they would send me a replacement kit. After several days with no confirmation of the replacement kit being sent, I emailed them to ask when I could expect my replacement. I was then told that their Warehouse manager had been consulted and the support staff person was only able to offer me a 20% refund. After being promised a full replacement.

I purchased a gallon of epoxy for $80.00. It came totally damaged and leaky. After numerous communication, this company refused to give me even a partial refund. Do not buy from this company especially from their Amazon store.

The epoxy resin store one me over with their fantastic support. I've never done anything with fiberglass before and I'm trying to build a pretty big project. Their marine grade epoxy has been excellent and has not failed me at all. I'm on my 4th gallon.

I started pouring orgone energy devices in 2012, and I've made close to 16,000 pieces.
I've been ordering resin from these folks for over a year. In that time I've spent close to $1000.00. The resin is top quality and the couple times I've spoken with their customer service, the issues have been resolved courteously and quickly. This outfit is top notch.

I am in love with this epoxy. I love that it has hardly any bubbles and when using the torch I only have to do it once. It's crystal clear. Did I mention how affordable it is as well.

All my orders from here have been delivered in a timely manner and their awesome. Product is always excellent If you give them a email or phone # they'll text you with some awesome deals. Their prices are great and great deals. Sign up awesome place to deal with. I would Highly recommend.

I love there epoxy. I've used the tumbler for my tumblers. I've fallen in love with it and now I'm going to try the lightning cure epoxy,because I have many of projects and I don't want to wait a long time to complete orders for tumblers.

The truth is that it has been wonderful to work with this resin, the shine, protection is magnificent, I have always counted on the support team the times I have needed it, in the packaging and shipping without a doubt it is a 10/10

Their shipping method is not reliable. You cant trust that your resin will arrive in a timely manner. My last order took around 15-20 days to arrive. This time the resin never arrived at all. I had told the owner that he needed to do better with the shipping the last time and clearly he didnt listen because here we are. Id pay higher shipping cost to guarantee delivery. I called and left several angry messages bcuz they did nothing to FIND where my order was. They just offered a refund. I NEEDED the resin! Not a refund. You lost a loyal customer for sure. Also ur product yellows quickly. It never affected my projects though. But for people who are concerned about resin turning yellow, dont buy this.
