You’ve asked for a review but the item is still not delivered, had two notifications, Friday and Saturday that the item was out for delivery, it still has not arrived!

Hi James,
I’m sorry that your order hasn’t arrived yet. We’ve checked the Royal Mail tracking and, just to clarify the delivery updates, the parcel was received by Royal Mail on Friday 21 August and was processed through their network over the weekend.
Although the tracking showed it as “Due to be delivered today” on Saturday, there was no delivery attempt recorded that day. The first delivery attempt was recorded today, Monday 24 August, when Royal Mail marked the parcel as “Delivery Attempted – No Answer”.
We’re continuing to monitor the tracking and follow this up to make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
