If I could give a zero I would, I ordered a blanket dec 28th within a day I received an email
saying order received on it's way. It's feb 1st I've sent 5 emails with the answer check with your local delivery , wth they use Piggy express, I call them they she claims they tried to send ,we review address etc....going on 6 weeks no blanket DON'T ORDER THIS BLANKET THEY SHIP FROM CHINA SO THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTACT, THE FLEECE BLANKET IS A SCAM!!!
UPDATE.... my credit card credited my account so that made me happy and from other reviews the blanket are not that good not as soft as described and off on the size.

The blanket is warm and soft, but the customer service experience for a replacement was slow.

Don’t waste your money. Saw this blanket all over the internet, ordered two; so thin and not queen size at all; also sheds all over; paid for shipping to send it back; came back undelivered saying address was wrong when this was return address customer service provided me with; not worth your money; shop elsewhere

The blanket is nice, but it came with damaged packaging and a small mark on it.

It’s soft and cozy, but the blanket arrived stained. Replacement was okay, but it took some time.

Fleece blanket was finally received today. The quality is so bad that I’ll probably toss it I’m not going to pay return shipping to China. It appears that a child did the hem on this. All coming apart and crooked. And thickness is crazy thin. Will never fit a king size bed made in USA….

This is the worst. I paid for a Queen size and it doesn't come near to fitting the bed! I already have a bunch of throws and I don't need anymore. Plus, it took forever to get here. And it cost too much for what it is ...

The quality was poor. Item was very overpriced for the quality. Not at all what I expected based on the advertising. Will not order from this company again.

Blanket arrived within expected time. Felt very nice and was comfortable, soft and warm while I used it for the first time last night. BUT, the blanket sheds terribly and I will have to vacuum my carpet every time I use it to get the fuzz balls up.

Son Placed order for me in early December. Never received. Item is stuck on tracking as “on its way back” but no one responds other than a bot and haven’t had a refund. The service has been appalling. I’ve attempted to cancel the order as it’s been over a month and I get nothing. This company is dodgy. Do not purchase.

Big time scam. The blanket is cheap and thin. It sheds everywhere. It’s total garbage.

Ordered a full size blanket in December with a “guarantee” to be delivered by Christmas. However, it did not arrive until January 10 and it is nowhere close to being a full size. Instead it is 24 inches wide and almost as thin as a coverlet. Most disappointing is that there is no response from any attempts in contacting this China-based company. This was by far a complete waste of my $55. Oh yeah - don’t think you can leave an honest review on their social media platforms because you cannot.

blanket does not look like the pictures, it is thin and fraying. they pretend to be a US company but the package came from china. if you want to return, you have to pay to send it to switzerland. Dont do it!

Complete scam!! Should have read the reviews first. Ordered a queen size blanket and received something the size of a small throw blanket, came shrink wrapped, not at all as advertised. For what it’s worth, will be disputing with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

$60 for a smaller than full size bed fleece blanket that sheds all over my house is a complete rip off. Their return policy is even more of a joke- shipping from the US to Switzerland. It is a very thin material that seems like it will rip in no time. The customer service was also not helpful and an automated response. Not worth it at all.

Absolutely horrible! This website HAS to be a scam. I ordered a full size blanket for my daughter for Christmas. Paid $55 for it (which I thought was a lot, but it was for her bed and they looked so comfortable). When it came it wasn’t even wide enough to cover my 6 year old daughter. It’s basically a long strip of cheap, thin, garbage fabric. They said I can return it, but I have to pay the return shipping (USA to Switzerland). Why should I have to pay the shipping fee for them sending me a different product than what I ordered/paid for?? Idk if this website is a scam or if this was just a mistake, but I’m livid. It didn’t come in any sort of marked packaging or anything either. They said it has to be returned in the original packaging, but there wasn’t any. It was just plastic wrap that looked like it came from TEMU.

Wish I would have read the reviews first, I wouldn’t have wasted my money. I thought I ordered a queen size but it sure seems like a twin. Very cheaply made.

Ordered 3 blankets on December 6th for Christmas. Received a notification that they had been delivered on January 7th. They were not delivered. I emailed customer service which stated they had been delivered…I just told them they weren’t! I have cameras and nothing has been delivered to my house. I have called and had to leave a message. I do not know if the bank will help me get my money back or not since it has been so long.
