Ordered 3 blankets on December 6th for Christmas. Received a notification that they had been delivered on January 7th. They were not delivered. I emailed customer service which stated they had been delivered…I just told them they weren’t! I have cameras and nothing has been delivered to my house. I have called and had to leave a message. I do not know if the bank will help me get my money back or not since it has been so long.

The blanket itself is amazing, but it came in damaged packaging. Luckily, it wasn’t affected, and I love using it.

Awful customer service. Website is inaccurate. The “blankets” and thin, poorly made and just plain cheap! Do NOT purchase from this company.

I gave four stars because the seller is very courteous, very easy to talk to, and apologetic. We ordered our fleece blanket December 6. Sadly, no order confirmation in an email nor any proof of purchase but we got charged. Two weeks later, we called in our bank and reported it as a scam, which we thought it was. The bank gave us our money back. One month later, we were shock to receive the blanket in the mail. The fleece blanket is beautiful and really soft though not the most durable one.

We felt bad getting the blanket and not paying for it. So, we emailed the merchant and they responded back with a very polite message. They told us to keep the blanket, or donate— and not to worry about the money.

This 100% POLYESTER blanket isn’t worth 20.00 let alone 49.00 in my opinion. Once I figured out I though away my money, they require the return to Switzerland for a $300.00 shipping fee, isn’t that convenient?
Buyer Beware

I ordered this blanket in November for a Christmas gift and it still has not arrived! It’s now the second week in January. I have contacted the company twice and they are not helpful at all. They item tracks as “in transit” for the past several weeks and that is all they will provide me as an update. I have requested a refund as I have absolutely no faith it will ever arrive but they are not willing to do it. In the end I paid for an item six weeks ago that I will probably never receive!! The website says fast shipping and money back guarantee. That is totally false. Do not order from this company.

Ordered my blanket at the end of November, it shipped December 9 and I still haven’t gotten it. I’ve requested a refund with no response from their customer service

***UPDATE: (2-16-2025)**** After the USPS confiscated my first package for counterfeit postage, the company would not simply offer me a refund and sent a SECOND package (once again drop shipped straight outta China) and I once again had to wait WEEKS.... This time I actually received my blankets after almost two months of battling this issue and receiving multiple canned, impersonal responses from their supposed "customer service". I wanted a refund, they told me that I had to send my package to Switzerland in order to get my refund (they have a Florida "address" on their "website", I Google mapped the supposed address and it looks to be a small little house in the middle of nowhere). the amount I'd be spending on postage alone for a package with 4 blankets in it to be sent to Switzerland is a totally joke is too much of a financial loss, so I was stuck and this company knew it. So, I filed a compaint with the Federal Trade Commission (I strongly advise all dissatisfied customers to do the same!), and now all of a sudden they have offered me a $40 refund, which is not ANYWHERE close to a suitable amount for the 4 blankets I purchased as Christmas gifts. I repeat, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy from this company, the blankets are absolute JUNK and you will never get your money back.

A month later and have been informed by USPS that, "Package seized by USPS for counterfeit postage and will not be delivered. Please contact the merchant or seller with any questions." This company drop ships straight outta China, is fraudulent and very misleading.

I can’t recommend this blanket enough! It’s warm, soft, and absolutely worth it.

Fleece Blanket company are not upfront. Their products are made shipped from China. Why put Switzerland in your history of your product? Quality,packaging skimpy sizing of products is not even one*Returns if you are not satisfied is a farce as shipping is costly and time constraints.So as a result consumers keep a product that is wrong size, color,size or quality. As they are out of US BBB isn’t helpful or a deterrent.The address and phone number in Citra,Florida is impossible to contact so only contact is email.Truthfully don’t know how this company is still in business.Consumers need to read Trustpilot. Keep up the excellent service of having a site like Trustpilot.

Very cozy and warm, but the color was slightly different than I expected. Still happy with it!

Horrible delivery time & customer relations when it came to returning! $20 off next coupon for the delay BUT I am definitely not ordering from this coming again. Once I did get my order, over a month later, it really isn’t a great blanket. Soft & nice color, yes, but that’s about it. Smaller than expected & just not worth the wait! Could have found something just as nice & cheaper elsewhere … actually, I did because I had to buy 2 more gifts for Christmas due to shipping delays.

These are very poor quality blankets. One of the blankets I ordered arrived wrapped in packing tape which took forever to open. The size of the blanket wasn’t even close to matching what was advertised. The stitching is coming out at the sides. I emailed the company and I received a form email stating if I sent the blanket back I could get a refund but I’m not sure I trust that. Do not buy these blankets.

I just got my blanket today, having ordered it at the beginning of December. Honestly, I thought people were just being overdramatic about the shipping, but they're not kidding—it takes FOREVER!! And while it's a decent blanket, (then again, I'm not picky) it doesn't live up to the hype. In short, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

As with most other people, I ordered it early December and it came after New Year’s. It does shed all over my pants. When I told them I wanted to send it back, they told me to mail it to Switzerland, it’s about $200 to ship back. The company is a joke.

As others have said, the arrival time for receiving the blanket has been very disappointing! I ordered one blanket on Dec. 7th and am still waiting for it to arrive. I have emailed customer service and have only had them state that it is "on the way". The "in transit" time given when tracking this order is ridiculous. Of course, we would not have ordered this product if we knew that it would never have made it by Christmas or knowing that it would take at least a month to arrive. They have some serious issues with product delivery at this time.

I ordered 6 blankets on Oct 22. They were to be Christmas gifts. After a few weeks, I sent several emails asking where it was. Never heard from them. They arrived on December 21. But we had already left for our Christmas trip to be with family. I had to buy 6 other gifts to replace the ones that didn’t come. I’ve since asked for a return authorization since I want to return and get a refund. I haven’t heard back from them. The return address to ship to is in Switzerland. I can’t imagine how expensive it would be to ship back. I’ve given up getting my money back. This company is a scam!!

Do not purchase this product! I bought 5. For gifts at Christmas. The problem is, the one received, that claims it is white, is actually a yellowish cream. An awful color! It is false advertising. After many emails back and forth, they agreed to take it back, they refused to pay postage. Although it’s from China, the return address is in Switzerland. It would cost DOUBLE what I paid for it to return it! That is just insane! That’s how they get your cash! No one is going to lose money sending it back! Next letter is to better business bureau! I asked for a return address in USA, I was told that is the return address. This is a Chinese company. It’s a total scam! This piece of junk is going to be donated. I’m sorry I purchased any of them. The reviews here are correct, poor quality. No phone number to actually speak to anyone. Awful experience. DONT SUPPORT THEM WITH A PURCHASE!

First off, the shipping is ridiculous. Takes forever to be delivered. Second (and most important), I ordered a queen sized and got barely a single bed size. It’s also very thin. They over promise and under deliver big time

Very disappointed! I ordered 5 blankets on December 1st, here it is January 3rd and my order still shows in transit. Got released from DFW customs on December 27th and still haven't received any clear notification of when I will get my package. Customer service just says, "Good news your package is on its way".
