Had ordered space travel 2 ultra with case. The deal was better then entire market and showed expected delivery on 27 but got 1 day earlier that is on 26 basically took only 9 days to be delivered even though it was international shipping. Really happy with purchase.

Customer service was exceptional. I was able to sort out a mixup extremely quickly, as their messaging system to talk to a representative actually brings you to a human being. I'll be sourcing my audio products from here from now on. Keep up the great work!

Ordered Fiio RR11 with lot of skepticism, as i read few negative reviews. But I was amazed to get a smooth service. Received the product within 3 weeks. Customer service is good, and they kept me updated with delivery tracking. Thank you The Hificat.

We had an excellent experience with Hificat from start to finish.
The communication was spot on — just the right amount of emails, always useful, never overwhelming. Everything felt smooth and effortless.

The product was shipped directly from China with zero shipping fees, which was an amazing surprise. I received the tracking number immediately and could follow the delivery all the way to my mailbox. Truly simple, transparent and efficient.

I also really appreciate that their website is available in several languages and price options, and that it feels clear and straightforward without any pretentious marketing. Just honest information and a pleasant user experience.

Overall, a seamless buying process and a company I would happily recommend!
