Fast shipping, excellent support.
Such a communicative and helpful team is rare! Highly recommended!

Excellent price, speedy shipping to the UK, what’s not to like!

Great service. Products well packaged. Great support during the process

It is really frustrating and takes so much time to contact with them, especially when there is an issue with an order, they are really slow, and even very polite, the output remains not good. I am not happy at all, and next time i will remain with those that

Don't buy product from this site. After receiving the payment they do not respond.
It's been 2 week since I paid to them but no order confirmation from there side. Not replying on mails and whatsapp.

Produit conforme, delai de livraison raisonnable.
Reponses rapides aux questions posées.
Je recommande ce site.

A lot of top quality available products, and great prices. Excellent the delivery policy too ( with import taxes included in the displayed price of the products ), and the tracking delivery process.

Great service, even for international delivery. Aftercare was great too, got my replacement pair after informing the staff.

Great value if you don't need next day delivery. The product I bought was approx 50% of Amazon's price but was shipped from China so took around 2 weeks to arrive.

Speedy delivery service with no hassles for purchasing as duty and shipping is included at checkout, great online product selection and discounts. Awesome

I can recommend seller. Item as described, shipping fast and like described.

Professional and punctual, excellent service.

Second time, again with no issue and a fast and efficient delivery.

I bought a DAC SGD1 which has due the fabrication a non-functional knob. They sent me a brand new one immediately and I replace it and now everything is functioning great! They have impressive audiophile devices. The only problem for me as I saved one year money to buy this DAC (not because is expensive just because I am in a way poor) is they do not offer possibility to buy paying monthly fees as I would like to buy a SONCOZ amplifier from them....but I can not afford to pay all amount once... So they are one of the best in the world!

The hifi cat had what I needed and got it to me quick (fiio retro case for M 21 player ). They communicated immediately when a color choice occurred. (either wait a couple days for blue or take SILVER now) they immediately got the silver one out and it showed up quickly and in good shape. Now I’m rocking retro style! Good job, hifi cat!

I am so glad to find this website, the prices are very reasonable not as other sites, it basically keeps the price quite similar as how it sells in original local stores. Super nice! The only opinion I may have is that the website may consider to have some ear tips as well, but all the other areas are pretty good!

Excellent service and customer response from them although you have to use the chat bot to initiate it but they'll come back to you with tracking ID, If you're ordering from India than it might take 25-28 days to receive the order but you'll receive it and in excellent condition (as per my case). Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

Fast Delivery.

Great service and communication. Delivered on a difficult to find audio component. Works perfectly.

I was a little suspicious, given the wide variety of products offered on this site, but my purchase (MP3 player case) came quickly and exactly as advertised.
