Shaun and the HPA academy. Being a new member and experiencing what I have has given me more assurances and reassurances that this is the positive step I want for my business to help people the most in need and providing more value.

What has been very valuable is Shaun is local guy like me and has worked his way into position where he is today. Through hard work, persistence and never giving up. Shaun is relatable and also the knowledge he has provided is worth its weight in gold. This is reflected in the videos through the academy and the step by step processes you can tell that it is something he is very passionate about and I highly recommend it to any person that wants to get on board.

Furthermore Shaun has given his time to give me some golden nuggets and and truly a very inspirational human. Thank you very much we are about to cook and this year is the year that makes everything worth it

Joining the High Performance Academy in April has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business journey.

What I really value about HPA is that it’s more than just a course. It’s a community of like-minded people who are willing to share knowledge, experiences, challenges and opportunities, while genuinely wanting to see each other succeed.

Since joining, I’ve gained not only knowledge and confidence, but also valuable connections with people from completely different backgrounds and areas of business.

One of the highlights for me was organising the HPA Birmingham networking meet-up. It was amazing to bring members together, share experiences, discuss challenges, explore potential collaborations and, most importantly, build genuine relationships. Seeing everyone connect and support one another really demonstrated what the HPA community is all about.

The support, encouragement and opportunities to network have been invaluable to me, and I’m excited to continue growing, learning and building relationships within the HPA family.

If you’re looking for more than just a course and want to be part of a community that encourages you to connect, collaborate and grow, I would definitely recommend the High Performance Academy.

From being someone who had no concept of business and or property, the HPA course has been a worthwhile investment that I have made, well worthwhile and informative on all aspects of business and buying and selling properties, everything all in on place, the mentors have been amazing, knowledgeable in all aspects, anything that needed explanation they would make it simple to understand and digest, would like to say a big thanks to Ed, Michael for taking their time in explaining things over again, Luigi for explaining how BRR works and showing the road map to make this work, Shaun on how to sell the idea to agents and Landlords, setting up a company. I am still extremely early in my journey with the Academy, but the volume of value, resources, and strategies offered is amazing. I am certainly learning from the best. Shaun and Luigi offer complete transparency, and a huge thank you to Corey for an awesome onboarding experience too.

Its worth noting that there is that there is a steep learning curve due to the sheer depth of material available. However, that is entirely on me to navigate, and the outstanding quality of the content makes the effort completely worthwhile.

It is absolutely unbelievable how much this course has genuinely helped me with property, now I have done all the learning, got all the support I need as well, and now in the process of setting up my property business, and once that is set up I have full confidence that because of what I’ve learned via the HPA that I can hit the ground running.

If my property enterprises succeed, it is all through these guys, legends!

My experience with the HPA has been nothing short of informative and supportive, with the constant access and communication with mentors i have always felt taken care of and valued more than just a customer. The community is active and experienced shortly after joining I secured a deal with a fellow member more or less paying what I invested in the course.
The is a top-notch course and definitely more worth its value would recommend to any and everybody looking to get into or already in the property space.

Joining HPA was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time, really hands on mentoring from Luigi and Shaun which have helped me purchase my first property and turn it into a highly profitable social housing deal, now giving me financial security outside of my full time job. If you ask me that’s incredible value for money.

Hands down, this has been the best course I have ever taken. In just three months, it has taken me from not being business savvy at all to being confident, business minded, and financially free. The support I have received, along with the mentoring sessions and course materials, has been outstanding. Everything I need is in one place. I honestly could not recommend this course highly enough.

Their customer service is fabulous after some problems with emails they got back to me straight away which took me by surprise and replied and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend this company.

I joined the academy in April 2025 and I honestly can’t fault it so far. It’s incredible value for money, and being surrounded by like-minded people who are achieving amazing things is so inspiring.

I took out a finance package and was simply waiting on a payment as some funding was due to come through so I could finish paying for the course Despite this, the company led by Luigi escalated the matter to a debt collection agency within just 48 hours. No patience, no professionalism just judgement and label.

I had clearly explained I was away with my children for Easter, yet they didn’t wait for a proper response. Instead, they continued messaging then accusing me of "stealing" and showing zero understanding or respect. Obviously he is not a parent. How can you steal when I signed up for a online course?

If you're considering taking out a finance package with them, think twice. Life happens and if it does, you’ll want to deal with a company that communicates with integrity, not intimidation Judgment or label. Apart from this my experience was good it's a shame Luigi can't practice what he preaches because mindset is everything.
