We have booked many holidays with Gemma and we keep coming back, as she puts every effort into making it as bespoke to you as she can and as easy a holiday as can be achieved. She is head and shoulders above any one I have used before. For me, she is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated and caring. Everything you could possibly want from someone who is organising a holiday that makes memories and dreams come true.

Anita is friendly and professional. She quickly arranged our family visit to Rome, after I'd struggled to find anything suitable with other operators. The hotel was top notch and transfers to and from the airport were seamless. She listened, and ensured all our needs were met! I recommend her services, and look forward to booking our next holiday!

We had an amazing hoilday in Costa Rica! All areas were covered from transfers from airport, different hotels and excursions. We stayed in some stunning hotels it really was the hoilday of our dreams. Jo was always on hand to ensure the hoilday was planned to the finest detail including all activities we wanted to do and places we wanted to visit.

Joanna was excellent at sourcing multiple options for a family of 4 for a special Easter break with particular requirements. She was very good at starting with a wide range of options and helped us narrow them down until we got to a few, which she was brilliant at helping us compare the remaining options down to the best choice for us. We are looking forward to a wonderful holiday and will definitely be using her services again. Highly recommended.

Gemma was brilliant from start to finish with our holiday flights. We were planning to meet family we haven't seen for years in Australia, due to covid. I was daunted about booking the flights and Gemma was great at booking the flights, advised on downloading the App to have all details to hand and even checked us in - keeping us updated of any changes and did everything, which took the stress away to help us just concentrate on 'what to pack!'. It was the easiest trip ever and will definitely recommend and will be asking Gemma to take the stress out of all future holidays too! Thank you, Gemma - looking forward to our 2023 holiday! Britt has recently booked an incredible family ski-trip for later this year. It was a complicated booking given that it was a family ski-trip but Britt made it effortless. She found the best resort for me and then found the best provider at that resort. The one we chose was working out more expensive for me but was better value with Britt. She takes into account all of the little details that I would miss, such as airport, flight times, transfers, forecast weather/snowfall, accommodation suitability, dining and beverage requirements, equipment, ski-passes - the list goes on...
Overall it saved me a huge amount of time, was better value and gave me a better trip than I was expecting; thank you Britt! I'm not booking anything myself moving forward :-)

We've used Carrie a few times now and she's always super helpful. She understands the market and what we might want.
She anticipates our needs, helps with lots of little details and is very responsive when we ask lots of silly questions!
I thought the days of using a travel agent were behind us but actually now we're so busy with work and kids, having someone to sort out all the details of a holiday for us is such a relief.

Carrie arranged our trip to Lapland and managed to incorporate everything on our wish list! The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, plus it’s peace of mind knowing she is there to help if we needed her! I’ve used Carrie before and will definitely be using again as it takes all the hassle out of arranging a trip! Carrie’s service makes the holiday even better!

We have just returned from our amazing honeymoon planned from start to finish by Carrie. She listened to what we wanted, made the most perfect recommendations and nothing was too much trouble.
We certainly had the personal touch, the only thing we had to do was pack our bags and turn up at the airport. Communication with Carrie was easy and she kept as informed, checked in on us and liaised with all the accommodations.

We have just returned from a holiday of a lifetime, thanks to Gemma at The Holiday Fixer. We knew we wanted a white Christmas but had no idea where, Gemma was great at finding options within our budget and helped in making sure we knew what activities were available so we made the most of our trip. After a few conversation about different holidays we would like we settled on Bali. Gemma put a package together that allowed us to see the most of the island and visit 3 different hotels all with private transfers.

We had an amazing time and we are already in talks with Gemma about our ski holiday and our main holiday in 2023!

Britt co-ordinated and booked our honeymoon for us. She came up with options for us, taking into consideration our preferences and budget and made great suggestions based on her insider knowledge.
