Alphapack were amazing on our recent multi destination trip to Tanzania, including Arusha, Serengeti and Zanzibar. From the booking process and advice to being in location I felt totally confident and assured when there were some flight changes and cancellations that they were confirming my travel arrangements I felt I could correspond and get a response at any time. When we experienced a change of flight Alphapack made the relevant calls to large airline and forwarded fast track passes to assist our transit.
We have used Alphapack before for their expertise especially for destinations in Africa.

Gwen is any exceptional I the way she handled us when our flights were being cancelled she made me feel valued some agency were not picking their phones ignoring clients but she made sure she talk to you update you of any changes. Me and my family managed to travel during those hard times and came back. Not too busy for anyone no matter how many times you phone if you hear the news and start panicking she will always have comforting words.
