Ordered a curtain pole fron THOI and arrived damaged and could no way be used..... i value companies who step up a gear when thjngs go wrong. Send full details via email and received a reply to resolve promptly by return. They kept me fully informed and a replacement in perfect condition received within 24 hours. Now thats customer service and i shall certainly use again. Thankyou

Great customer service! I bought three roman blind headrails from Home of Interiors. First, their Youtube help videos are super helpful. Then I called them for advice on which headrails to buy (there are lots of options so it wasn't straightforward to a newbie like me). The headrails were excellent but I recently discovered that one of the gears had failed - my mistake as I'd miscalculated my blind weight. Barry worked out the issue and sorted a replacement gear within a week. Absolutely brilliant! I'm going to recommend my mum goes to them for her curtains.

Ordered curtain tracks 4th December costing nearly £300 and still not delivered. Initially apparently some fixings out of stock. Then received message saying incorrect address (despite having had previous successful delivery from them). Contacted to request delivery after Christmas, since we were away, but nothing since and no reply to telephone or email.

I ordered a Laura Ashley framed canvas. Lovely picture, I am very pleased with it. I was also very impressed with the speed of dispatch and delivery. I received it before Christmas which I didn't expect. Very happy with the service!

Absolutely diabolical customer service. Spent over £90 on asiple curtain track, the screws they "supplied " are far to small. I emailed asking if they had longer screws, there ply was "yes, 25p per screw and £2.50 postage. Seriously!!! It appearsthat they do this on purpose in the hope that some sucker will fall for it and just pay them. Our previous supplier was more than happy when we had a similar issue and didn't charge. Make sure you know what you buying from this outfit.

I ordered 5 roman blind kits, made to measure. On delivery I then had to buy the missing parts elsewhere ie - tapes, toggles & 4 plastic rods - which my former supplier always included. The metal weight rods were roughly sawn & had to be 'rasped' before I could push them through the fabric hem. 2 end caps had a piece snapped off as I removed the bubble wrap, luckily they're tightly fitted against the wall & haven't dropped off.

We purchased curtain poles which were of an excellent quality but the overall experience was tarnished due to the poor service from the Customer Care department. I wished to know approximately when my goods were to be delivered as I had received an email stating my order had been processed but it did not contain a delivery date and I had not received any message from the courier. I tried on a number of occasions, over a number of days to contact The Home of Interiors without success using each of the extensions. I even left a message with all my contact information and details of my query but unfortunately I did not receive a reply.
I have used Home of Interiors in the past but would but reluctant to use them again in the future.

My trust in the company has been restored as a result of our conversation so needless to say I will not hesitate in using The Home of Interiors again.

Home of Interiors has a wonderful selection of curtain poles. I wanted something a little different and there was an amazing choice. It was reassuring to be able to contact them by phone and speak to a person ! Curtain pole arrived in the time stated and well packaged. Perfect ! 100% service .

Brilliant website with lots of different curtain track options with different sizes. Poles on single length over 240cm too which is great if you don’t want a join or can’t have a central bracket.

Great Product and Service
I ordered the 3 track curtain track, I had a question about it after viewing on line called customer service call was answered quickly and given answer fast also, then ordered for two windows. I had emails about every stage and was dispatched within 1 day and delivered the next took two days intotal, I can't faul their servcie or product .. I am going back to order the same for another 4 windows. I would not hesitate to use them again excellent service.

I had spent a long time looking for just the right ceiling track for a project and found The Home of Interiors website via a price comparison site. I was immediately impressed, they have a huge range of tracks, including recessed ceiling tracks and gliders specifically for wave curtains. The website is well laid out with great video clips explaining different options. I needed a 5.37m track and they sent it in one length, not having dealt with them before I had been half expecting it to come in sections with joiners, no I got exactly what was described. The quality of the track is excellent and the options they gave thorough- I ordered a black track and there was even an option for black curtain hooks. I came to them as they had the lowest price, so I hadn't expected the quality to be as fantastic as it is, I couldn't be more impressed. I do a lot of specifying and ordering for work, it's a good while since I've been this impressed with a company, they will be high on my list for future projects.

We bought a wave curtain and Silent Gliss track for large patio doors. The service was excellent and all the staff were very courteous and patient. They explained the wave system and gave good advice. Their website is excellent including the helpful videos. We are very happy with the results and would recommend The House of Interiors.

I’ve ordered a 350cm long Silent Gliss Metropole 30mm Curtain Pole, which was sent a week later with completely wrong gliders and it took several more days to receive the correct ones. Most frustrating part was the calls and multiple follow-up e-mails I had to exchange with customer “care” team to sort out their mistakes…I could have ordered from a cheaper supplier and probably manage to avoid their unprofessionalism. Lesson learned.

Excellent efficient service - placed order yesterday afternoon & received order before 10 am this morning. Packaged really well & quality of products really good & great price. Most impressed & highly recommend.
