The curtains tracks I purchased were excellent
Having had not great experience with curtain tracks in the past, I went to the Home of Interiors for advice. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and also good value for money. Glad I found them online.

Curtain track
I purchased a 2.75 metre long curtain track and an optional overlap. The track arrived within the expected time frame and was packed in a substantial cardboard tube and was therefore in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the mounting brackets were not in the package which made me angry and frustrated because I could not get my curtains installed. I contacted the home of interiors that day (Friday) and told them of the situation. I assume that they could not contact their supplier over the weekend and so I had to wait until Monday before contacting them again for a progress report. The missing brackets arrived by urgent courier on Tuesday morning. I would normally deduct some stars from the review but I was impressed by the fast response and action by this company so I think they still deserve a 5 star rating. Good after sales and a competitive price. Thank you and would not hesitate to use again.

Quality
Very efficient service and quick delivery. The curtain poles and fittings are of extremely good quality. My husband is particularly impressed with the thought that went in to the design of the brackets and the curtain rings with the nylon runners. Will certainly use again next time we need new curtain poles

Such amazing customer service, I had an issue with delivery but they were so helpful! Excellent product and packaging. Very recommended! Also perfect as they take made to measure sizes and prices are very transparent.

Great quality product, nice price and quick delivery - excellent!
Just ordered a couple of brass curtain poles from this company, and I've got no complaints whatsoever. Delivery was next working day, and when i spoke to their customer service people with an enquiry they were v helpful, polite, friendly and efficient.
I'd say don't be put off by some of the previous reviews, most people who receive good service don't actually bother leaving a review at all, which is a shame.

Very poor system whereby they send…
Very poor system whereby they send multiple packets for the same order when they could easily be either strapped or taped together or inserted in the same box. The result is I’m still waiting for the rest of my order and work is delayed.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago and I haven’t received my bay window poles. I’ve provided multiple measurements and calculations but apparently their computer pulls up an error. It’s causing a lot of stress and I’m still waiting

We run all measurements through our software once the order is placed and this cross-checks the measurements for errors. I can see we raised the measurement issues with yourself immediately and worked closely with you until these were resolved to ensure the poles fitted on arrival. We understand it may have been frustrating to not receive the poles as soon as you had expected, however the poles would not have fit your windows if we sent these to you before ensuring the measurements were correct -- many thanks for your patience throughout this and we hope we can be of service to you again in the future.

A Company To Avoid
A company to avoid! Excuse after excuse followed by apology after apology as to why an item had not arrived 5 weeks after order when they quote 3 days delivery. Blamed couriers and showed no initiative to provide the purchased product via a different postal method. Be aware this company partners with Evri for deliveries who continually fail customers. Combine a poor delivery company with an ineffectual seller and the outcome is abject failure. Ordered items from a competitor and arrived in under 48 hours!

Do not deal with this company. I ordered curtain pole from this company tried to return it. They have failed to pick it up on several occasions. Still waiting for my money back. Awful company to deal with. I have to take the matter further to get my money back

Excellent company to deal with, including after delivery when I needed extra fixings for a curtain track and a replacement bracket for a curtain pole that was faulty. They were happy to supply what I needed and were very easy to contact and speak to someone who could help.

Excellent service
After struggling to find a single 5m curtain pole the thehomeofinteriors.co.uk came up with the goods! The item was competitively priced and delivered really quickly. A follow up email after the confirmation email also provided further information regarding shipping and courier informaiton, i.e. the need to check the item on receipt due to oversized goods.
It took me a few weeks to get the curtain pole fitted and after which I realised that the tie backs were not required. I contacted thehomeofinteriors.co.uk and they couldn't have been more helpful (thanks Grace). Even though I was well past the return window they happily offered to take them back and refund me, which was brilliant.
So, all in all a great product at a good price, prompt replies and excellent customer service adds up to a really lovely customer experience! Thank you.

Just hope you don't have to return anything. Over £7 for delivery but £20 for return of a lightweight blind track. Very disappointed.

Fast efficient service
I placed an order with this company on-line at 15:20 yesterday and it arrived this morning before 10:00. Incredibly fast especially when considering delivery on the web site was stated to be up to 5 days. Given pressures due to Covid 19 this is amazing.
The company’s web site was good, their communication excellent, the goods were very well packed and the price was competitive. Whenever I next need curtain track this company will be my first port of call. Fantastic.

I ordered a curtain pole & wall bracket for my home office, recurved the curtain pole but not the bracket. Have been told it was posted 1class , but nothing arrived. Now told it is being posted today, so may get it Friday. Not sure I trust them any more. Poor service at the very least.

Ordered some curtain rails which were showing in stock ready for dispatch.
2 days later got an email that it’s out of stock. Their website is not updated with what they actually have in stock. Very misleading and a waste of time.
I asked for a refund, (I paid with PayPal) so the transaction was showing as pending on PayPal. then they refunded the money, so it should have been taken off the hold and released back to me. Instead, a day later the money has been taken out of my account - that’s a day after they have “refunded”. So still no money and no curtain poles.

Unfortunately as a small, independent family run business, we don't have the investment required in our system to tie in with our suppliers' stock systems. However, we do try to manage out of stocks as best we can and offer alternatives / solutions where possible. The project is on the future development list to improve our service. The money would have been automatically removed from your account when the order was placed but should be back with you within a day or so of the refund being issued.
