So I purchased a horrible mask, not going to say where from (Amazon) and it was horrible. Then I came across the horror dome and I'm a first time buyer from them. The mask is awesome! Just awesome! The durability is outside. The paint is perfect. I will be buying from them again. Oh and there is a mouth hole that is perfect for a straw for adult beverages.

I have always had good experiences dealing with Horror Dome. This year I had an issue with my Forest Dragon and Jerry and Danielle were extremely helpful in pointing me the right direction to help fix my decor. Professional, courteous, they are always there to serve their customers. I can't say enough about this company. In a day and age when most companies don't care about their customer service, I had to immeasurably say that Horror Dome is the exception. Keep up the good work my friends. Eduardo

I am a mask collector, I normally do not write reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. Horror Dome's masks are incredible. I attend a lot of trade shows and masks of this quality sell at the shows for more than double of what I paid for Horror Dome's masks. I am very happy with my purchase and the masks arrived 3 days after placing my order.

I run a small haunted house and found the horror dome online. I purchased a few costumes and an animatronic. Everything arrived quickly and looks awesome! Would definitely order again.

I ordered "alien grey mask" from horrordome but order didn't placed but my money already transferred. First it didn't accept my purchase method and i tried again and it loading couple seconds and shows "Your payment details couldn't be verified". But funny thing is my money transferred

I ordered Double Trouble on July 4, 2024, and received it on July 13, 2024. After reading all the reviews I decided to take a chance and buy the costume.
The costume is very detailed this is by far the best costume I have.

this place is the worst. stay away , New York rip offs. I tried contacting them email 5 times no response . high price and big money shipping what you see in the pictures is not even close to what you get, stay away . no returns , don't waste your time . this Is your last warning

Received a defective animatronic showing video’s and sending photo. They said they will look into it and will get back to me, I tried to follow up with them several times since last year to get a response but they ghosted me. No response, no parts and no apologies. I am reporting them to BBB as well
Buyer beware..

I spent over $500 for a big foot costume that they claim was in the news for pranking people. This costume is SO poorly done. It looks so fake and it’s super cheap. What a ripoff. It looks NOTHING like the photo they advertise. This is false advertisement. They keep calling me telling me I need to remove my review and I guess they googled me and found out I’m a business owner and they keep mentioning that on the phone.

Im Collector mask i bought 3 masks which they don't look nothing like the picture! Paint and details were not in place, i just wish they would show more exactly how the item looks, disappointed of thehorrordome.com and then they called me to take the review down and get a refund, and i tried to return them, they told me to send it back to the address where they came from and i did, but they now said that address doesn't belong to their stores! and they haven't received anything whatever "Sure" scammers

The costume I purchased looked amazing. I had a slight problem with it but it wasn’t the HorrorDomes fault. When I called to see about rectifying the issue, they went out of their way to reach out to me and work on a solution. I will be more than happy to use them in the future. It’s a shame Halloween is only once a year because I’m looking forward to see what next year’s costume will be. Thanks guys!

This was my second purchase from Horror Dome and I couldn't believe the quality of their products. Definitely not a Halloween shop, Horror Dome producing professionally made horror props at affordable prices!

I have ordered a few things from horrordome and at first there was no issues. Lately it's nothing hut issues. From them canceling orders to sending broken merchandise. They charge a good bit for their stuff and you can call and email but you get no response. I will never order from this company again.
