I got worried after reading reviews, my order was expected to take 6-8 weeks, I started calling and Emailing around that timing and didn’t hear back. Then I was finally called about a week later and was assured I’d get my item within two weeks. It came just a few DAYS later and it’s beautiful! My 4 year old little girl loves dragons and it’s hanging on her wall! Thanks HorrorDome!!!!

This is an odd way to start a review since when I received my costume the hand was broken. However, Jerry responded literally in minutes after I emailed them. He not only offered a replacement but at no charge!! His customer service has me as a client for life. It’s difficult to find this level of concern about customers, and to genuinely be such a nice guy. Thanks Jerry for being an excellent example of what small businesses are all about. I was excited when I ordered Cooper the baby werewolf it was over $400 when I received it it definitely didn’t look like the picture on the box nor the picture on their website it looks like something you could buy for $50. I would like to return it very very disappointed looks like crap

I had order a Jack Stalker Animated Prop. When I got it and put it together I noticed the head and arms did not light up or move. So I was Upset and called the company and spoke with Mike . He was great help. I sent him a short video and some pictures and he responded and sent me the parts I needed express. I am very pleased this place cares. I will definitely will be a returning customer.

I've only had one experience buying from TheHorrorDome.com and it's a negative experience.

I bought 1 mask and 1 set of costume hands on Monday. As soon as I made the transaction, my bank contacted me to check for fraudulent transactions, as you need to input card details, instead of paying by PayPal on the site.

Anyway, 3 days later I suddenly get an email from TheHorrorDome stating my order has been cancelled. No reason for the cancellation was provided and my bank allowed the transaction to happen.
Thus far, no email has been provided from TheHorrorDome to justify why my order was cancelled. The 2 items I bought are also still in stock.

The website currently offers expensive international shipments (over £100 for 2 items), so I do not understand the cancellation. If this issue is satisfactorily resolved, I will update this review, as to the outcome.

Buyer beware! I purchased 4 masks and 2 of them did not fit. They are advertised as "HD COMFORT FIT". I can tell you two of them are not comfort fit....They REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY RETURN AND REQUEST FOR REFUND! I contacted the company within 1 hr of receiving my order. One of the masks ripped when trying it on for the first time. Their response was they will make a repair to the masks. I'm not sure how this will help since the mask doesn't fit to begin with. The 2nd mask doesn't fit right. Its extremely tight and has two objects which push against my eyes! Painful! There solution/suggestion have me modify the mask by cutting holes in the eye sockets. I do not recommend this company. They have provided a horrible customer experience.
