Pete is clearly a master of his trade and is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, with a keen eye for detail. I contacted him to complete our snagging process and he booked me in swiftly and he then made contact prior to the inspection date to ensure I was all set for him to complete the work. His inspection was very thorough and he picked up on things that the untrained eye simply would not. This will have undoubtedly saved me hundreds, if not thousands and many hours of work further down the line in rectifying issues on my new build. He is punctual, efficient and organised and on top of that, is really approachable and an all round nice guy. I had the report the same day and nothing was too much trouble. We decided to do inspection on our house after 18 months living in it. Pete was very accommodating with his slots and communication was excellent. Pete looked thoroughly through the interior and exterior and found snag which we wouldn’t be able to notice. The report was delivered within 24h and was very descriptive with photos. This was our first new build property and having spoken to friends and family we had thought we could manage the ‘general’ snagging ourselves, however it was clear when we moved in that the level of finish was not to our expected standard. As the list grew we decided to engage a professional snagger.
