the ilab Reviews

Popped in and saw John who kindly managed to unfreeze my phone. He was extremely polite, explained exactly what had happened & how to resolve in the future if it happens again.
I would 100% happily recommend anyone with a phone issue to pop in & see John and the team. Thank you John you’re a legend.

Friendly Professional prompt and very reasonably priced

The customer service was absolutely awesome.

Came into store with a very damaged iPhone 14pro, I was unsure if it would be repairable, the super knowledgeable and friendly staff were able to get my phone looking like new again, decent prices and very quick turnaround, highly recommend for anyone in need of a tech repair/ guidance or a new phone!

So happy with my experience in I lab. Really friendly and helpful staff nothing is too much trouble, will definitely use them again. 5 star!

Super quick, friendly and professional.

Amazing service from Arlo and the rest of the team, I've come to them twice in the past 2 months to fix various issues with my phone, each time been nothing short of an excellent service, always deliver on time and quickly, I was worried first time i’d be without a phone for a few days, i was pleasantly shocked when i was told a full screen replacement would only take a couple hours, I fully recommend their services to anyone with issues with their phone.

I was most impressed with the excellent treatment and help l received from John, being an older person he treated me with kindness and respect, l would certainly advise anyone to use Ilan.

Excellent service! Always willing to go the extra mile. Efficient and competitively priced. Highly recommend

Very lovely helped me with my phone as I’m a bit dopey very kind

Chris got my phone working straight off and very kindly didn’t charge. I was pleased to see the Hospice collection pot on the counter so put something in that as he wouldn’t take anything for his time. I will definitely be back to purchase a reconditioned phone when mine packs up for good. Thank you, Val
