After having some trouble with the HDMI port on my PlayStation 5 for many months, it finally gave out and stopped working. I ordered a hdmi replacement through the website late the night before, called up in the morning, was offered a replacement on the day, a few hours later it was ready to collect. Works as well as when I purchased it and the staff kindly replaced the Liquid Metal in my console without even mentioning an extra charge. Couldn’t be happier and cannot recommend enough! Thank you so much :)

I highly recommend Techout.
They are very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and very honest too. They took the time to look at my laptop thoroughly. I was told it was not a fault with my laptop but the internet and he was right. Thank you very much.

Very helpful I would definitely use them again

I can’t recommend The Tech Out enough! When I messaged them late at night with a broken iPad and a very distressed child, they replied almost immediately and ordered the parts straight away.

The next morning I dropped the iPad off, and it was repaired within an hour. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish, but what impressed me the most was their honesty. I was originally quoted £240 because it looked like the screen needed replacing, but after checking it properly they found it didn’t need a new screen after all. Instead of charging me for unnecessary work and making an extra £100, they were completely honest and only charged for what was actually needed.

It’s so refreshing to find a business that’s genuinely trustworthy. Fast, professional, and honest! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!!

After two expensive visits to a different shop which failed to solve my problem, I walked into Thetechout this morning with my laptop and walked out five minutes later with it fixed at no charge. Can't thank them enough!

after spending all morning trying to get into my laptop due to finger scanner not working i rang the thetechout who said bring it in & within a couple of hours i picked it up working perfectly..thank you....i am a very happy customer

I took my laptop into The Techout today as it was damaged, with part of it coming away. The Techout quickly identified the minor issue causing this, and fixed it there and then, declining to charge me for their service. Excellent service, incredible customer care and a wonderful experience. We rely so heavily on our devices it’s always stressful and concerning when something goes wrong, but The Techout were fantastic. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who requires such services. Great service today, big thanks for sorting my husbands phone, swapping all data to another phone with numerous password requests. I wouldn't have had a clue where to start. Such a friendly lady too.

Phone was not charging suddenly. Socket was quickly cleaned out and all working again. Thanks for dealing with it there and then.

The most ignorant person that I have ever come across, called with a small problem about charging my I pad, was spoken to as though I was a complete fool, pushed past as though I was not there, no manners whatsoever, will not ever return.

I can't complain, I did ring in worried about a trade in, I was assured everything is fine and they haven't forgot about me and was updated the same day I asked about it, it's a good local service I hope it expands

The sim holder on my phone had jambed just when I needed to change the sim. The Techout took a look and cured the problem in seconds - excellent service!
