The sword is of excellent quality
The sword is of excellent quality, and was exactly as described.
The only minor point that stopped me giving a full 5 stars, is that the number was missing on the delivery address, which needed an amendment from myself, and meant a 1 day delay.
But the gift still arrived in plenty of time for when it was needed.

Lovely product, delivery a nightmare
Nice product, delivery a nightmare. Stopped at customs because of issue with forms but I was not told, had to chase it up constantly for weeks. The company staff member did try to get it sorted but couldn't get Customs to sort it. Another product had to be dispatched. It was late as a gift for a very special birthday gift. No compensation. The company staff member then tried to present it at a Christmas rush problem, despite knowing it was a custom issues and that is very disappointing.

Lovely products worth the money with exceptional customer service
Bought two small blades as presents for Xmas. They were on the smaller side so less expensive but they look and feel fantastic for the money paid.
I preferred one of the blades over the other so decided to exchange it for another. I cannot begin to explain how brilliant Sarah Newton was in assisting with this and ensuring they arrived in time for Christmas.
Brilliant quality and superb customer service, would recommend!

The swords are beautiful and very well made. The delivery time was very fast (Croatia). Keep in mind though that you may need to pay additional fees for customs (it was approx. 90€ for me).
