Terrible app, ridiculous to navigate, keeps bouncing around, never sends results to email or alerts , always have to re enter username and password even though i saved via fingerprint, always asking to veryify. Not a trusted App from google play and or Samsung. Can't withdrawl money, but never win anyway. Tried to uninstall on home screen and wouldn't let me. Ill stick to ozlottery thanks.

Can’t withdraw my own money! Money sitting in the account unused and deposited from my bank account I can’t get back because you can only withdraw “prize winnings”. So even though I’ve made no purchase of a ticket, therefore the money is still mine and in my account I can’t withdraw it back into my bank account. Robbery and a scam.

It is not easy to win at all in any of the games. Lott advertisments appear that it is easy to win but contrary is not because the odds against i understand are 200 million. Lott doesn`t show clearly that information about odds because if people saw it less money would be grabbed by Lott.
So, it`s time Lott became honest and showed the community the odds clearly.
In a lifetime only a minute number of people maybe could win large. Terry

Terrible service, I’ve been waiting for a response for my second email to them and I’m having no luck. I’ve called twice but they can’t help until the support team get to my email to verify my account.

Really bad app! Tried to buy Powerball and App kept say error and unable to process, so would try again and same thing would happen, a red error message, so this kept repeating until App said ticket bought successfully. Went to check results afterwards and was shocked to find my account was almost depleted, and got charged EIGHT times, once for each so called failed error to buy ticket. Disgusting really.

Attempting to verify my account for over a week. Called today only to be told the office isn't even open today (Thursday) and to call after 0800 tomorrow. Absolute joke. Happy to take my money to deposit but won't even let me withdraw that money back to my bank without verification. Yet won't let me verify. Pathetic

I stopped buying as there is too great a difference between first prize and second prize. Much better the draw where eight win a million won't ever buy again under current format

THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WHEN I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IM NOT EVEN PLAYING ANY OF THEIR GAMES AND ALL OF SUDDEN THEY DECIDE TO TAKE MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT THEY TOOK LIKE $25 FROM MY ACCOUNT SO I CONTACTED THEM AND SAID TO THEM THAT THIS HAS HAPPEND AND I SAID TO THEM THAT I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT AND HOPING THEY WILL PUT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT IF IT DOESNT HAPPEN WILL EITHER CALL MY BANK TELL THEM THAT THIS HAS HAPPEND OR I WILL CONTACT THE LOTTERY PEOPLE AND TELL THEM THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT

I joined online because I did not play for a few days the account was closed
I rejoined using another email. Again the account was closed although there was a balance on the account.
Sent many emails and called the number on their website had no reply to either. Seems like i will have to take a loss.

VERY BAD COMPANY \ WEBSITE KEPT SENDING ME EMAILS ASKING FOR ME TO GIVE THEM MY ID PASSPORT OR DRIVERS LIC ETC. THEN THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT SAID THAT THEY HAD TAKEN ALL THE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE I DID NOT GIVE THEM MY NSW DRIVERS LIC AND PASSPORT DETAILS. RANG THE PHONE NUMBER WAITED FOR AN HOUR NO ANSWER RANG AGAIN GOT THROUGH LADY TOLD ME I WAS BREAKING THE LAW BECAUSE IF I WIN ANY MONEY THEY WOULD NEED TO GIVE MY DETAILS TO THE TAX OFFICE.....?
THE WHOLE THING IS A SCAM I THINK AVOID.

I have been trying to contact them to verify my account for myself and my son and never answer! Now they have blocked our accounts! While overseas the app will not let me log into my account to buy tickets very disappointed

I used to be able to download, to Excel, all my account transactions for a specified period, BUT NOT ANY MORE.
How am I supposed to check if my account balance is correct as shown in the Thelott's website?
I NEED TO DO THE FOLLOWING:-
1 - First check if the "wins" shown on the website are correct for my account and note the value of my winnings. THEY SHOW THE WINS BUT ONLY TO JUNE 2018, AND THEY DON'T EVEN SHOW WHICH GAME WON.
2 - Then check if my winnings have been credited to my account.
3 - Check if the deposits for playing agree with my bank statement.
4 - Check the balance on the website with my calculated balance.
I USED TO BE ABLE TO DO ALL THIS FROM ONE PAGE ON THE WEBSITE. NOW - ITS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO DO.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR A BIG COMPANY. ALL BANKS, SHARE TRADING, ETC... ACCOUNT WEBSITES ALLOW YOU TO DOWNLOAD TRANSACTIONS TO EXCEL.

i think its a scam, even with government "oversight" the government is corrupt and this is a private company. where are all these phantom "winners"?? sounds like fraud. i bought $1500 in tickets every week for 10 years and NEVER ever won more than $30. 350 tickets on lotto today and won a single div 6 for $10.65!!!! suspect MAJOR FRAUD

Every page has to be "refreshed" to download all of the information. The banner states "Here is your ticket" but there is no ticket or numbers played. Another states you can make contact by email via the "button below" but there is NO BUTTON BELOW.
Frustrating, poor performance and wrong information. it's a pity there is no competition.

One thing I don't understand is most of the Instant Scratchie ticket's are being won by people getting the ticket as gifts from someone else or by some stranger on a holiday or something. Other lotto winner's are commonly people who happened to buy a game off the change from their grocery shopping or people who chose their birthday numbers of family members and so forth. Don't you think not that these stories are getting a bit too rusty and lottery official's should come up with something new for a change. I'm sure you guys can do better than that...

I bought a do your own numbers ticket for, I think it was powerball- me being new to the whole lotto thing & all wasn’t aware I was supposed to choose 8 numbers, the app only let me choose 6.
Next day went to check to see if I’d won anything to find out that you need 8 numbers not 6. My question is why did the app let me go ahead with the purchase with only 6 numbers? Major glitch here, or just plain dodgy! How is this app still running pretty sure it’s illegal to steal people’s money.

App and website asks me to verify even though it then tells me I’m already verified. Thus sending me in a loop when I’m trying to withdraw MY money. How this can be legal I don’t know for the biggest Australian lottery provider.

Numerous emails unanswered as many others have pointed out. What a sham.

I have a personal theory they do this so people just give up and buy more tickets with their account balance. How unethical that would be...
