This was actually my first time ever ordering a smartphone from abroad, so naturally I was a little unsure about how everything would go

Unfortunately, the delivery company failed to deliver my package as expected - but this is where the customer service absolutely deserves 10/10 stars

The support via chat was honestly outstanding. Not only was the person extremely helpful and professional, but the whole conversation felt relaxed and genuinely human. Another huge plus is, that this is the only importer at the time who had both, Huawei Pura X Max 1 TB with also M-pen 3 mini kit case. So yeah, wide selection of Chinese phones + accessories and great customer service.

Correct info about delivery, which was also pretty quick.

The only small, almost non-existent "issue" is that the first leg tracking was skipped. However number on WhatsApp responded and gave correct info on lead time, so that's great and that's also why I'm not taking away any star.

All in all great experience!

Tilaus itsessään oli yksinkertaista ja helppoa. Mutta kun paketti saapui suomeen fedex/tullaus ei mennyt niinkuin piti. Mutta Mo piti kokoajan yhteyttä whatsupin kautta ja ohjeisti sekä auttoi. Lopulta sain tilaamani puhelimen ja laskun tullilta jonka Mo kuittasi. Upeaa palvelua todellakin tilaan uudelleen.

Great company! Used these after having issues with Spectronics UK who lied about stock and Im still chasing up a refund with them. No issues whatsoever with mobile marvel. Imported to UK with small fee the mobile marvel covered as part of the price. Great communication would recommend.

I ordered my Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold in the 1TB version here, shipped from China to Germany with a custom ROM.
For me, this is definitely a 5‑star experience.
The delivery time was excellent – my device arrived in about 10 days.

Für mich sind das ganz klar 5 Sterne.
Die Lieferzeit war top – nach ungefähr 10 Tagen war das Gerät bei mir.
Bezahlung lief absolut problemlos, und die Kommunikation per Mail oder WhatsApp war jederzeit super einfach und hilfreich.
Ich bin mit meinem TriFold mega zufrieden – alles wie beschrieben, perfekt verpackt und technisch einwandfrei.

Exceptional service all rounded

Amazing service and customer support - can't fault it. The laptop arrived in less than a week to the UK. They even installed Windows for me which was super helpful. I had bad experience trying to order the same laptop from another company so I was a bit wary to order again, but Mo put my mind at ease, and I'm glad I went ahead. Highly recommended.

The purchase has gone well. I have run into a small issue with my order being stuck in one location in the US for 4 days so far, but Mo Hath has been very quick at responding to my emails and reaching out to the shipper.

Everything was excellent. To start with, the offer on the Xiaomi 17 Ultra is one of the best I’ve found. The purchasing process was very smooth. Shipping to Spain was fast and easy, with all import procedures and costs included. The package arrived very well protected and in just 9 days!

In a word, it was “perfect.” Since he knew I was going on vacation, my package was shipped via Express and arrived in 3 days—great job! (July 2026)
