Really awful experience with the milk…
Really awful experience with the milk round so far! First delivery, some items were missing and others had use by dates for the next day or so. Strawberries that were ordered were already mouldy on day of delivery! Tried to contact customer care but no reply except for a “rate the service you have received” message.
I thought I would give it another go just for the milk, as it is a convenient concept, however I had an email confirming that my order had been delivered but nothing had!
Attempting to contact customer care has been a nightmare and so I am really disappointed. Great concept, terribly executed. Really disappointed.

I had some items removed from a delivery that I'd already paid for, I cancelled my round due to unforseen reasons I don't know if I will be continuing in the future, I enquired to get my money back but they won't put it back into my account, they say it will be deducted from my next delivery but I don't think I will be having a next delivery.

I completely understand how frustrating it is to have a late-night delivery disturb your household, and I am so sorry for the inconvenience this caused you and your family. We want your experience with us to be convenient and seamless, so I appreciate you letting us know what happened.
For reference, our deliveries are typically completed in time for breakfast, with our milkmen aiming to reach all customers by 7:30 AM. To make this possible, our drivers load up their vans and begin their rounds starting at 10:00 PM the evening before. Arrival times can vary depending on the route layout, the day of the week, and the volume of orders that night, so we aren't able to guarantee a specific delivery window.
I know that early deliveries or varying times can be tricky. To help keep items fresh and avoid disturbance, many of our customers leave out a cooler box, specific delivery location instructions, or ice packs in a container for our drivers to place the delivery into.
I have shared your feedback with our team so we can work on improving our delivery timing and route setups.
