I have absolutely never had any contact whatsoever with this obviously corrupt company yet they valued my house currently up for sale with a reputable agent at less than £100,000 the actual estimated value by for example Zoopla.
I also strongly suspect they have put out false news in order to devalue and i have now had to take my house off the market until I can refer this case to the Metropolitan fraud squad

Has anyone managed to remove their details and pictures from this company website and if so how?

I have received no contact from them as of yet.

THEY ARE THE WORST AGENT EVER. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE CRIMINAL . THEY VALUE THE HOUSE LOW AS LOW AS POSSIBLE. THEY THE SELLER IS STUPID

Gone onto the market move website and tried my hardest to contact them sent emails regarding taking my house pictures down and the valuation- it is totally inaccurate! Since buying my home, not to long ago it states its gone down in price quite significantly even though I've modernised it! The size of the house is inaccurate also. There is no way to contact this company other than send your details so they get back to you- WHICH THEY DO NOT. Absolutely terrible and they shouldn't be allowed to assume a valuation when they have even seen the property.

I've just gone on to move market never heard of them but they claim my home is worth 100 k less than I know it is worth. It's a brand new estate and prices have soared I have tried to get in touch but their amazing website does not even think my postcode exists whilst on the other hand being quite happy to hand out inaccurate valuations. I'm not happy I want some cowboy website to be putting claims about my home out there and then obviously do not have a clue

Very suspicious website. Asks for utility bills to be sent in order to remove information. Grossly undervalues house prices.
Data protection not adhered to.

The sales history of 24 Yenton Grove is incorrect. The current owner is a Social Housing company and the owner has never lived there. This business is in the process of being closed down due to residents complaints about the tenants.

My property details have been uploaded to this website and it requires my utility bill to remove info. Also as the other reviewers have written, the price estimate is not accurate either.

They claim to need copies of utility bills and even deeds in order to remove images when requested. DO NOT SEND ANY PERSONAL DOCUMENTS TO THIS SITE. I have requested removal of images of my home but they are refusing to do so, you have to ask yourself why a legitimate company would do that? Reported to CCA UK (Cyber crime agency)

Can’t contact them have no actual telephone number don’t respond to requests for breach of security when pictures are posted that have caused theft in the home!!!!

Aug 2022 This company cannot be contacted. The telephone number given is obsolete. They are displaying external & internal pics of my house. It is impossible to contact them and request the images be removed. Having completed their online request form, they do not even have the curtesy to reply.

They have my property listed twice, once before the name was changed from Benouth @ £624,000.to the Old Halt @ £478,000. Since it was sold in 2009 it has been completely renovated with a new roof, new kitchen, ensuite, new flooring, replaced all single glazed windows with double glazing throughout etc etc. They probably look at what it was last sold for and guestimate a price without doing any research, if they had they would have known it was the same property as Benouth albeit completely refurbished. I have written to them about this but they have never replied to me.

Wildly inaccurate estimates. The bank sent round a surveyor for a remortgage and he valued the place at 40% higher... It's impressive how bad the estimates are

The property sold in 2016 for £110k ... last look at current value £5.4million 😂😂😂 Maybe I should have kept .. what a farce!!!

My husband and I want the old photos of the exterior and interior of our house removing Not only are they an intrusion of our privacy they pose a security risk, giving would be intruders a heads up. We have tried to get these photos removed, along with the ridiculously low price estimate of our house's value, which doesn't even reflect the recent house price boom never mind all the improvement works carried out on our property, including an extention. To further our request to have these photos and estimated price removed, we've been asked by this company to supply them with a copy of our title deeds or a utility bill to prove that we live here, which we are not willing to do.

They have used pictures of inside my house without my permission which is a huge security risk for me. Have never asked to be on this site and if you contact them to have removed you have to provide utility bill or deeds! What a nerve! Dispicable. I will be complaining to regulator

Totally inaccurate floor space valuation, displaying 50% of true house value. When we asked themovemarket to correct and pointed them to the land registry they still failed to do so…

I want my property sold images, floor plan and description removed which is not available in the public domain. I am well within my rights as the property owner to ask for this to be removed but they will not do this. they ask for my utility bill the site is dodgy as hell. AVOID it should be taken down.
They ask for you provide even more personal information such as utility bills to have your personal data removed that they shouldnt have to begin with. shocking. totally illegal!!!
