I ordered this jacket the beginning of December as a Christmas gift and paid $15 for expedited shipping to ensure I would receive it in time. It was not shipped out in the time frame it was supposed to, so I reached out to the company and was told they would issue a receipt for a refund for my shipping cost. Never received that back. So, I luckily received my order the 23rd of December & the jacket was too small, despite going by the measurements given on the website. I contacted them and was told if I paid an additional $50, I would be sent an additional jacket in the XL size I needed and be able to keep the Large jacket that was too small instead of going through the process of an exchange. I paid the $50, received the new order a while after, and was sent a 2XL instead of an XL as requested. Now I have paid over $200 and have one jacket that is too small and one that is too big. I was emailed by Stacy wanting to know how my experience was, and I was polite in letting her know that I was not pleased and gave her the full story of my situation. She asked for pictures of the 2XL jacket that I received as the replacement, and I sent them immediately. She told me she would get back with me as soon as possible regarding my complaint. It has been over three weeks and I haven’t received another response from her or anyone else regarding my complaint. I reached out a couple of days ago asking if there were any updates. Still have not heard anything back and I seriously doubt that I will. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Amy Fleming Jacket from Heartland. From the time I ordered it till I received it, it has been a very pleasant experience. When my order was received Dana Brooks contacted me about the size I had ordered. I had ordered an XL and she wanted to know if I had looked at the size chart? I had not, I normally order a L and thought the XL would be fine, but after reviewing the chart I realized I needed a 2XL. I was glad she had brought that to my attention. I had emailed a few times about when the order would be sent and a reply came promptly. My jacket came, it fits perfectly, thanks to Dana. I absolutely love it. I reached out again because the washing instructions were confusing and as before Dana replied right away apologizing and giving me the correct information. I was so happy with the whole experience and the attention to detail.

Love the green suede jacket. I will definitely purchase another jacket.

I ordered a jacket on 12/13 for a Christmas present for my daughter and I received a confirmation of the order. However I have not heard another word even though I have written two letters. Needless to say my daughter never received her jacket for Christmas and still no response to my letter

Stacy and her team kept me fully informed as to the progress of my order. The Quality was good and I received my order earlier than expected.

This is as close as you'll find to the jacket Ted Lasso wears in the show. I looked at MANY different vendors selling different versions of this jacket, but only The Movie Fashion had this particular version. It is a woven polyester jacket nearly identical to the jacket worn in the TV show- much closer than the nylon replicas being offered by many other vendors. Communication from The Movie Fashion was excellent; Dana was very patient with my questions, and made sure that I received my jacket on time. Thank you for the great product and excellent customer service!

I was watching a Vin Diesel movie (the last witch hunter), and I noticed he was wearing a stylish jacket. I searched online for the jacket and found it. Very simple and very stylish, but not flamboyant. Easily something that I could wear in public.

I bought the Mr. Robot (canvas material) jacket. Due to the current pandemic, they weren't able to fulfill expedited shipping, and refunded that cost. They also gave a partial refund for the inconvenience of waiting... still got the jacket and it fits great! I get alot of compliments from the few people i know who have watched the show. Overall, great customer experience! I will be orderinf something else soon!

Bought the Monica Dutton style coat in brown leather with fur trim. It is real leather and love her style. Just the right length to cover my hips for warmth. Am going to treat the leather because it seems like every little thing really sticks to it. That will keep it looking new longer. Definitely good quality for the price. I live in Canada and it came thru customs as a gift which definitely saved me dollars. I am so happy with my purchase

I am an online shopping freak but super conscious regarding the online shops. Well, it was my third purchase with The Movie Fashion. The quality just amazed me, and I was thinking I while ago that they deserve a useful review. It delivered to me precisely at the time they mentioned. Corporate with me till the delivery time. And what attracts me more, they keep emailing me the new offers and gives me discounts as well. I am eagerly waiting for the next deal!! Everyone should give them a try!
