So happy with our sign, the build your own sign feature on the website was so easy and quick, and it is so helpful knowing the cost upfront. Daisy was always very helpful over email and phone, and we massively appreciated the team's efforts to despatch our sign within a couple of days.

I ordered a sign here and soon after order I got an email to say it was on its way but no details, I chased it up and got very pleasant and prompt reply and brilliant service and was told when the day it would be delivered. It wasn’t that day and I again had to chase it, I think a little communication with buyers would be great, as I was making sure I was at home to receive it.
The reason for my 3 stars though is once we plugged the sign in we noticed a small section (and very small the end of a letter) didn’t light up. I emailed for advice on if it wasn’t meant to be like this (which I know now it’s not!) or if I could get some advice on what to do if it wasn’t working properly. And no reply. That was 3 weeks ago, and still nothing. So while the sign is fabulous looking, especially now it’s fixed. Disappointing service, but a great product.

Fantastic service. Ordered for my wife's birthday and the dispatch date meant that my light was going to be delivered a day late. However Daisy sorted this quickly and made sure it was delivered a day earlier. Couldn't be happier with the light or the service

I would of expected it better for the price

The artificial green wall was at the expected quality and so flexible to hang and adjust size wise. Delivered in quick time too.

Great product and packaged wonderfully! The delivery took quite a while and it would’ve been good as a customer to be told estimated delivery upon purchase, I think it was a few weeks after ordering that I got any correspondence from them. Otherwise it was fab, the light is made beautifully. The screws leave no margin for error so be very aware when drilling holes it has to be spot on. One of ours is slightly out so doesn’t quite sit flush with it.

Love the set of wings I purchased for our Nutrition Club. Had a small issue with the adapter but the sorted it next day with zero drama, highly recommend. -Can actually pick up the phone and speak to someone too! Friendly and efficient

Easy & simple to order from. Light was extremely well packaged even though delivery driver or mailing centre had not taken great care of it. When it was opened up……. It was perfect! A lot if care & attention is taken to the way this had been packed. The light was easy to put it & looks incredible!!!!!!!

Don’t ask me for a review before I’ve received my product. Super lazy and just bad business. How am I supposed to review a product I haven’t received ? Or now do you expect me to come back to this review request whenever I do receive my product? Step it up folks
