Hi Casey, we are genuinely sorry. Your order and our lack of communication fell far below the standard you should expect from SLAPSTA.

We have been short-staffed, but that is our responsibility—not yours. We should have kept you informed and delivered on time, and we failed to do that.

We have issued £250 in account credit on a gift card, along with a permanent discount code, as a sincere apology. We understand that our business needs to move quickly and that our service must be responsive and dependable. We are actively making changes to ensure this does not happen again.

Should you trust us with another order, we will provide you with a direct contact who is available during U.S. business hours and will personally oversee your order from start to finish.

We know that trust must be earned back. We own this, and we are committed to making it right.

Hi Lucas, we wanted to provide a further update. We fully accept that the delay, lack of fulfilment, and poor communication you experienced were completely unacceptable. You should never have had to wait more than three months or pursue a refund because we failed to respond. There is no excuse for that, and we are sincerely sorry.

Your refund has been completed. We have also added £500 in store credit to your account and issued a permanent 20% discount card for future orders. We understand that these gestures cannot undo what happened, but we hope they demonstrate how seriously we take our failure and our commitment to making amends.

Should you ever choose to trust SLAPSTA with another project, we will assign you a dedicated representative who is available during U.S. business hours and can be contacted directly throughout the process. They will personally oversee your order from start to finish.

We would genuinely value the opportunity to earn back your trust and provide the speed, communication, and service you should have received the first time. We accept full responsibility, and we are actively making changes to ensure this does not happen again.
