I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I understand your frustration regarding the delay and communication issues. It appears at first there was some delay regarding the WhatsApp number on the order.
I want to address this situation immediately. To start, have refunded the project in full, and also sent across the graphics which you signed off - you can keep these.
This review came as a suprise - as to both the logo, and bag design we sent, you said it was okay and you are happy with them. We can revise or start again at any time.
I have called you personally and explained another 2 designers, and also a illustrator who are ready to take on this project, should you not like the first one. They will do this for free for you. Please get in contact if you would like us to do this.

I ordered labels from them more than a month ago, and other than taking my money, they have done nothing else.
I call their number, but it goes unanswered and the mobile of the owqner is on do not disturb. What ever their problem is, this is no way to treat customers. I had used them before, but this will be the last time. It was a disaster.

Cela fait plus d’un mois que j’ai commandé un design pour un bag et pour le moment j’ai seulement eu le droit à l’avant du bag, je relance et cela fait deux semaines que je n’ai aucune réponse !!! Quand ils vous répondent, c’est le minimum, comme si il avais d’autres clients plus important à faire. La moindre des choses c’est de répondre, si vous comptiez discuter avec le designer et avoir des réponses fluides oubliées !!!!!
