Staff are polite

Staff are polite, helpful, knowledgeable and offer good customer service and satisfaction. Dinnington branch staff are extremely good in all they do.

Beware that account maturity date is…

Beware that account maturity date is not the date you think it is.
Whatever your account maturity date is they count this until Midnight that day, you can then only issue instructions to withdraw the following day and then wait at least 1 working day. In my case matured on Thursday 30th April, issued withdrawl on Friday 1st May and wont see my money until Tuesday 5th May at the earliest (because of a bank holiday).

It's 2026, not 1976 - get with the times, every other company can manage to process withdrawals at weekends and on bank holidays.
