I was feeling anxious, but Donna explained my treatment options of freezing or excision of a skin tag.
I opted for the excision which was pain free. Excellent care. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Very quick, painless and friendly procedure.
... but the initial contact (particularly by phone but then also in the follow up mails was all about money and money and then about money and then the welcome email was about warnings on the car parking... so reception poor (officious)

Regarding the initial contacts regarding money I assume you are referring to the welcome messages which plays on first contacting clinic which states “ welcome to The Nurse Clinic. Please be aware we do take a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. Please ensure you have your payment card ready. Thank you “
Our reason for adding this was due to patients requesting to be prepared for this information prior to being part way into the phone call as some people choose to not proceed or wish to book online.
Regarding the car parking details, We have experienced numerous issues over the years with the adjoining business park regarding parking therefore we attempt to make car parking instruction clear and consise for our patients to avoid any conflict
Once again we appreciate your feedback if you have any suggestions on how we could improve on our current advice to patients that would be welcomed.

What a gem of a clinic....
What a gem of a clinic..... from booking, through to arrival and then the consultation itself, I couldn't find a more welcoming practice if I tried.
I took my little girl in for a suspected ear infection and the care and support I received was outstanding.
I will definitely be using The Nurse Clinic again and will not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.
