Donna was great with my little girl (13 months) who had been really poorly all week. I hadn’t been able to get an appointment at my local doctors and couldn’t sit 2 hours plus again in urgent care. Donna chatted with Millie and let her touch the stethoscope and help move it around. Donna really listened to me and made me feel at ease. Prescribed antibiotics with the smallest dosage as Millie was struggling to eat and drink.

I was signposted towards The Nurse Clinic by my GP on discovering a significant (and believe me it was significant!) build up of ear wax. The online booking process was easy to follow and with an appointment made off I went!
The receptionist was welcoming and I was immediately put at ease then it was over to Donna. What can I say… Donna confirmed and I think was surprised herself by the amount of wax to be shifted. I think I tested her and she was an absolute star! Throughout the whole process she was constantly checking on how I was feeling / coping and her whole approach made me feel comfortable even though she no doubt sensed my pain levels are set low!
I class a visit to an ear clinic a bit like a visit to the dentist.. a necessary evil but Donna made this process almost (!) enjoyable and importantly she got the job done.
Thank you Donna you were a star and having enjoyed my subsequent bar of chocolate as my own personal reward you are deserving of the same!

Donna made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my appointment...she explained what she was doing and asked if I was comfortable with the procedure...which I was...everything was lovely and clean and I came away very satisfied and able to hear properly in my left ear.

Visited recently when I was unable to get a Dr's appointment for my son. He needed antibiotics and wasn't going to get better without them.
An outstanding service provided from start to finish and gives me reassurance and peace of mind as a parent at a time when services are disrupted.

Donna was very friendly and put me at my ease very quickly. She was informative and told me exactly what she proposed keeping me informed though out the procedure. No discomfort at any time, it all went extremely well and hearing now fully restored 🙂

The Nurse, Donna was absolutely fabulous, friendly , informative, extremely competent and professional.
She quickly and efficiently removed all the wax from both of my impacted ears which gave me instant relief…!

This was the first time I've had my ears cleaned out, so I was nervous in coming, but Donna put me at ease before she started, reassuring me and explaining the procedure. She is extremely friendly and easy to talk to, engaging me in conversation as she cleaned both of my ears out. She also gave time at the end for questions. I also found it helpful to receive directions via email and text before the appointment to help me in finding it. An extremely positive experience; I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to have earwax removed.

Was recommended by a neighbour. I had tried diy with olive oil and a big water syringe for 2 weeks. Booking online was easy. Was a bit late as the place is difficult to find and I lost phone signal. Anyway Donna is a lovely person and unblocked my ear in just a few minutes. 5-star.

I had wax removed from my ears at the nurse clinic. The appointment was simple to make and I easily found the location. The appointment started on time and was a pleasant experience, clinically correct (I assume), but carried out in a friendly competent manner. I will be back next time life gets quiet!
