Like others, order Mother's Day gift weeks in advance. Provide a tracking number from USPS immediately but for weeks the tracking number displayed " shipping label created" which according to the Postmaster at our USPS just means someone sat at a PC inputting a request. Several emails exchange and Theo Grace refuses to resolve " it will show up, please just wait" They broke our contract agreement!

The necklace was pretty. However there was no eye clasp to put the hook in. Disappointing. Will take to jeweler to add.

UPDATE: Theo Grace replied to my original review in less than 24 hours. They gave several options for me to be satisfied to a total refund. My daughter loved the necklace and will keep. The design of the clasp was how it was supposed to to be. Will continue to use Theo Grace to shop.

Absolutely beautiful! My daughter loves her bracelet! Two hearts with diamond chips and each son’s name and DOB engraved. Very classy looking!

The website was easy to navigate and easy to use. I messed up on the mailing address and when I called the customer service for help they had it fixed and I was emailed about the change within seconds. I had the necklace in hand within a week. As for the necklace it is beautiful, exactly what I wanted and my wife loves it. Thank you so much for everything.

Ordered weeks in advance and they did not deliver by Mother’s Day.

They gave a real hard sell that my wife's gift would arrive on time for Mothers Day, they guaranteed it would, it did not. They put profit ahead of customer satisfaction. My experience was disappointing. The product/service did not fully meet expectations, and communication could have been better. I hope they improve these areas for future customers. I will never use them again you shouldn't either.

Great product and fast shipping

The easy order process and checkout. I love my silver grandmas necklace! My grandchildren's names were spelled correct and the fine cut out of the names is perfect 👌Shipping was included, quick and packaging was good. I can’t review the product because I still haven’t received it. Ordered two weeks before Mothers Day and they couldn’t manage to get it to me in time. One and done.

Excellent service superb workmanship could not fault at all

This was a graduation gift for my granddaughter. She was absolutely thrilled and cried when she opened it.

I ordered a gift for my daughter’s birthday and I thought I would have to cancel when the delivery date was after her birthday. I contacted the customer service and they went above and beyond to get her necklace to me on time. Delivery service was not great but it arrived just in time! Thank you so much. Their customer service is outstanding. I had difficulty making a choice. They were patient and helpful. When I finally chose what I wanted and received it, it was not what I had hoped for. They allowed me to make an exchange at no extra cost and facilitated a very easy return. The exchange is wonderful and heartfelt and I'm thrilled.
