Great overall.....had a few issues in getting my daughter the right size ..... a quick message to One Glove and they came to the rescue sent measurements over and they guided me to the right size
They swiftly arrived great customer service and great gloves will definitely be ordering again..and one happy daughter.

These are the only gloves my two goalkeeper sons use. Excellent customer service from Kallie and fast response time when I recently had an issue. They resolved immediately and for that I will continue to use them and only them. Thank you

My gloves ripped within a couple weeks of me wearing them, I reached out to the support team and they got my issue fixed right up.

Shannon from customer service was fantastic dealing with a mix up in labels, she found the stock and sorted it all out on her end for me, a refund was all sorted.

Best company around for goalkeepers

I had an issue in my side but they jumped in and took care of everything and got it fixed fast. Also, every time I had a question, they always responded quickly. P.S. the gloves are awesome as well, my son loves them.

Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect size of gloves. I contacted the support team to exchange for a larger size. The support team member I was in contact with really could not of been more helpful.

I recently had gloves from the one glove sent to me, but sadly had a staining colour on them. So why is it 5 star you ask? When I searched up how to refund them I was having some trouble, until I came to conclusion to just email the support team and hopefully sort out a normal refund. I send the email and it felt like seconds I got a reply from one of the members, Shannon. Shannon helped me so much, gave me great options and helped me get a refund. And not only did I get a refund but I got given store credit and was able to keep the other goalkeeper gloves for spare use! When I asked about other gloves she told me every detail and showed me images on the glove itself. I’ve never in my life gotten such quick, kind and helpful service for something as simple as a refund in my life and I thank Shannon and One Glove so much for the help. Great service and looking forward to my new gloves, Thank you!
