My experience of this company is the…poor due to NO communication
My experience of this company is the communication is appalling as they do not answer the phones AT ALL and if you email them they take more than a day to get back to you . I have not received my order yet so can not comment on that but just the lack of communication I would not recommend this company at all this has been since the 3/08/26
Thanks for your response Tom but I was told my order was sent last week and that the delivery company would be in touch by wed at the latest and still nothing . As for the phones I have rang on numerous occasions and more than once a day and NEVER had a answer and it will be 3 weeks on Monday I was told 2 to 3 but was shipped last week and Bear in mind it’s only it’s only coming from hull so I would of expected it by now if sent last week like I was told after all it’s not like it’s coming from a different country

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you feel our communication has not met your expectations. However, we do feel that this review is unfair and does not fully reflect the circumstances surrounding your order.
The item you ordered was clearly advertised as a pre-order item, with the expected timescale explained to you over the phone before your order was placed. You subsequently asked whether we could arrange quicker delivery, and we advised both before ordering and throughout our correspondence that unfortunately this was not possible.
We are currently operating with some staff on annual leave, which can occasionally mean we are unable to answer the telephone immediately. However, voicemails are monitored and returned, and emails are responded to as soon as possible. While a response may not always be immediate, we do respond to all customers.
We completely understand that some customers may require an item sooner, which is why we make our pre-order lead times clear before purchase. If the stated waiting time was not suitable, we would have fully understood a decision not to proceed with a pre-order.
As your order remains within the advised pre-order timescale, and we have been clear throughout that an earlier delivery could not be guaranteed, we feel it is unfair to suggest that we have provided a poor service on this basis.

AVOID!!
We ordered our mirror on the 4th April. The website said free delivery within 5-10 days. We waited this time period, no update. So we contacted them. The order was not in stock, even though it said in stock on the website. And still, at this point, said in-stock on the website.
After contacting them, we were informed it would now be 6 weeks. That was not the case and it's been excuse after excuse. It has now been nearly 20 weeks!!!! And we still do not have our mirror.
The only compensation we have been offered after contacting them constantly is £20 off... But that was never paid.
Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of companies out there with competitive prices, similar options, and much better customer service!

A recommendation for the Online Mirror Shop
This is the first time I have used the On line Mirror Shop. Being a non driver I couldn't just walk into a shop and buy a mirror. The Online Mirror Shop was the answer. There is a vast choice of mirrors in different price ranges. I found my perfect mirror in the sale, a large Liberty over mantle mirror as a statement piece on my chimney breast. There was good communication from ordering to receiving the mirror. The mirror arrived on time and undamaged. One of the young delivery men unpacked it so that I could make sure it was ok and he returned it to the box. The mirror has not been mounted yet as I am waiting for the lounge to be decorated. It is a stunning mirror and good value for money. I recommend the Online Mirror Shop
