The Outlet Reviews

The variety and the quality of what’s available exceeded my expectations. I was assisted by a young retail sales person by the name of OF Cooper from South Africa who was incredibly helpful and made the experience easy and incredibly pleasant.

The amazing prices and ontime delivery

The experience at the Albany was very good, from the friendly staff. I had to return items and staff helped find me another similar product. The staff are very helpful.

Every Arrived fast and super happy with cheap prices with the good quality product I purchased differently my favourite shop now

Placed an order online, called to explain that the furniture was a birthday gift. The furniture arrived with 1 of 5 boxes. It seems that The Outlet could not locate the other 4 boxes, scattered around the country apparently. I had to be refunded as the full order could not be supplied.

The mixing bowls were just what I'd been looking for and a bargain at the Outlet Store.
They come complete with lids an added bonus.

Great product fast delivery

Fantastic Price for great Product super fast shipping cant wait for kids to use them when weather warms up

Generally had good experiences with purchases here but I ordered a medium size R&R tshirt in their recent sale and they have sent me a shirt that is clearly mislabeled as a medium and is more like an XXL. I sent them a photo of large and medium shirts laid over it to show the massive difference and they are still trying to brush me off saying that those brands of tshirts have a looser fit. A disappointing response and a total failure to live up to their warranty and returns policies.

I have ordered many items from The Outlet. The products are top quality at fantastic prices. Delivery is super fast too.

Good quality products while getting a good deal. Definitely recommend buying all your needs from here.

Shoes bought from The Outlet caused blisters so bad they bleed and took weeks to heal. Online reviews revealed that is a common issue with those shoes but The Outlet refused to refund. They repeatedly told me the shoes were tight but that wasn’t the issue at all.

Excellent place to deal with. Have ordered lot through this company.

Very happy. Top quality. Fast delivery

I've ordered things that I have returned in due time. As they where extremely small/wrong sized. I would not recommend buying multiple of the products that I have ordered. Make sure you do your personal search before buying the products. Other than that, the team has revived my return and have promptly instructed me on how to use the store credits for future purchases. Thank you the Outlet and for your support.

Cheap prices for items you would normally hum and ha about because they are usually so expensive.

Excellent online shopping experience with The Outlet....
Got a pair of men's Salomon Ultra Flow 2 Trail shoes at an exceptional price...delivery was super fast!

Really fast click and collect and great products

Had a great experience with the Outlet, fast shipping and regular updates over email. Only scoring a 4 as one of the items I purchased turned out to be unavailable.

They were very nice and the price was so good
