Due to a product packaging change the product I wanted was on this site. I ordered not having ordered before. Price was great saving £5 / 40% on RRP. Didn’t get a shipping confirmation but to my surprise the item arrived next day! Perfect condition of the product, sealed, as if I would have bought from anywhere else

When a customer selects a special delivery, it must be honoured. Not delivered a day late.

We’re really sorry your order arrived later than expected, especially after you’d paid extra for Special Delivery.
We did dispatch the order the same day, but because the parcel was oversized we had to send it with Parcelforce on their next-day service instead.
Unfortunately, Parcelforce then took two days to deliver it, which was really disappointing and outside of our control once the parcel had left us.
We completely understand as you paid extra expecting a faster delivery.
We’ve already refunded the additional shipping charge in full.
We’re sorry this happened and that the courier delay let the experience down.

Almost 50% unusable product.…
I ordered 2 boxes of Nicolette icy white gum, the description said the boxes were damaged but the product itself had been quality checked. One box was about 90% okay, but the other was was 75% damaged. The foil seals were torn and rendered the gum unusable. By the time postage was taken into account I'd have been better off paying full price on Amazon.

I purchased Angel perfume which I wear daily. Pretty sure it’s a fake. Emailed and was told mugler have changed the ingredients.

Excellent delivery of a very good item
I received my order in a very timely manner. Although the largest item was clearly described as having potential issues, also recognised in the reasonable price charged, on arrival I found the item to be in perfect condition for my needs.

Not very happy with service so far not…
Not very happy with service so far not responding to emails efficiently and still waiting for a response.
Quality on packaging was not very good as box looked like it had a fight with a bull and the wheelchair had vital missing parts.

Although there was a slight delay in our response as your email was received outside of our normal business hours, we were actively trying to source a replacement part that could be delivered as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we were unable to find one within a reasonable timeframe.
To resolve the matter as quickly as possible, we processed a full refund for your order, and told you there is no need to return the wheelchair. We hope this will allow you to source the replacement part locally if you wish.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our products and our service. Again, we sincerely apologise that your experience did not reflect the high standard of service we aim to provide.

As this was purchased as one of our Damaged Box items, the original manufacturer's packaging had sustained cosmetic damage prior to dispatch. We do inspect these products before shipping and, where necessary, reinforce the packaging with tape to help protect the contents during transit.

No refund and no communication after returning faulty product
Very disappointing experience with The Outlet Shop.
I returned a defective pair of AirPods using the return instructions they provided. The tracking confirms the item was delivered back to them over four weeks ago, yet I am still waiting for my refund.
I have contacted customer service twice and received no response whatsoever. Having to repeatedly chase a company for a refund after they have received the returned item is unacceptable.
A company’s customer service is tested when something goes wrong, and this experience has shown a complete lack of communication and accountability. I would think carefully before purchasing from The Outlet Shop, as getting help when there is an issue appears to be a serious concern.
