Item sent different to what was described on site
Ordered a headset in black for xbox. Outlet shop sent a headset in the gray and playstation branded. Was told to return and will be sent out the correct headset once they received the wrong headset back. After 4 days of them receiving the wrong headset back. They have stated they do not even have the one I originally ordered in stock and just refunded the payment. Think twice when ordering from here as they have poor stock management.

Receiving the wrong item is frustrating enough, and we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to then discover that the correct headset was no longer available after you had returned the incorrect one. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate how disappointing the overall experience has been.
Unfortunately, while we do our best to keep our inventory accurate, stock levels can occasionally change unexpectedly. In this instance, we were unable to fulfil the original order and the only option available was to issue a full refund. We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. Your feedback has been shared with our team as it highlights areas where we need to improve both our stock management and our handling of similar situations in the future.
I bought a disability item
I bought a disability item, I ordered it 24 hour delivery and it took over a week to turn up, so why did I pay for 24hour, then when it turned up it was broken and now I’ve sent multiple emails and they are not answering me
What an absolute shower of
Would not buy from here again if it was the last shop on earth.
So now I’m left with a broken item
Yes I am willing for you to try and fix all this, I’ve emailed and just get ignored by a person called “Ciera”, they answered when I said about ordering 24hr delivery and it’s been 5 days and all I was told was it’s hot it will take longer. I have all the emails, then I emailed again about the damage I found when unpacking and no answer, emailed again and still no answer and it’s been days, I’m totally disappointed, if you can fix then carry on, I’ll give you the chance (order number 37549)
There we go, I rest my case, yes another two emails not responded too, place above an invitation for you to have the chance to sort it out and I gave you my order number to track my details and get in touch but yet……

I have received your kind email today, but this has been the only correspondence I have received for over a week, despite my 3 or 4 emails asking for help that were totally ignored, and the one before that was basically blaming the sun and just to to wait.
If only the rest of the staff had your “can do” attitude, then we would not be here and you would not have to deal with what other staff has caused, all I can say it, THANK YOU.
But I don’t know if you have the power, but this does need to be investigated, the older generation that would normally do the ordering for these sort of items would be devastated in being treated this way,
But anyway, again thank you for solving this issue, you can take off the super person out fit now :)
But I hope you can understand, I won’t be back.

After reviewing your case personally, I have now contacted you privately and issued a full refund, including the delivery charge, as we were unable to assess the fault from the attachments provided. While we appreciate this does not undo the inconvenience caused, we hope it demonstrates our commitment to putting things right when we fall short.
We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. Your feedback has been taken seriously, and we will use it to improve our response times and customer service going forward.

Missing parts from item. Poor response
I recieved an item that had missing parts, not sure if it was due to transit or parts were already missing when sent. The parts where essential for safety for mobility issues.
Got one response from seller when issue was raised but no further response to assist or offer solution. Had to raise with PayPal in order to get a refund.

My experience with The Outlet Shop
I use my revitive machine every day and although it is early to say I think it is working. I have not had the painful cramps in my legs. By that I mean I have had slight pain but not as bad as I did before using the machine.
I am pleased I bought it and hope my legs will soon be pain free
