The Outlet Reviews

Minus stars for the outlet store nz . Sent shoes to an autistic child with security tag on then refused to compensate and customer service disgusting attitude and two weeks before that forgot to send out my order

I absolutely love this shop so easy to navigate the website and affordable which means so much with the cost of living these days thank you!

I was in need of some wrist guards for snowboarding and the ones on The Outlet were easy to come across, a really great price, and they arrived quickly.

Super helpful , the prices are great. Easy to use website. Love the on trend items and huge savings. Easy check out process. I will be back

The Outlet has great prices, a wide range of products, and plenty of delivery options. Their staff are professional and friendly, and I found a great 100% cotton hoodie for only $25.

Quick reliable and efficient service. Garments are of good quaility. Highly recommend.

Great fast delivery

I purchased a bike for my son it arrived faster than I thought i was also happy with how the bike arrived the communication was very thorough would definitely recommend other people to shop here thank you

This company uses false and misleading advertising. They advised a peice of gym equipment at a reduced price with a click and collect option available but upon enquiry the shipping was the only option available and was double the price of the item. This was due to the item being at their warehouse and not at any stores for pick up, and that's fine but dont offer something you dont have for the price you are offering. Very disappointing and poorly managed company.

My order arrived quite fast, and all the products I ordered I was very happy with!!

Amazing place with lots of discounts. Jonno was very friendly at northlink !

The website was super easy to use for online ordering. My package arrived quickly and in great condition. Really great prices and great quality too.

terrible customer service!!!! the bike arrived with a flat tyre and nobody was willing to take responsibility 👎👎

Best deals around, fast click and collect. All 3 items I purchased without trying on were exactly what I was after. Knowing your brands helps if you've worn a certain brands products in the past. Really happy. Highly recommend!

The Outlet is a great company to buy from. I have made many purchases from them and I haven’t been disappointed. Their specials and sales are amazing. They deliver super fast as well. I highly recommend the Outlet to anyone looking for a bargain and quality products. A+++

The saleslady is not friendly at all. Not very helpful

Excellent Quality items for a very good price. Easy to buy online at The Outlet and good selection of both the skechers slip on shoes and aztec boots I replaced my older faithful aztec boots after I realized I'd had them for 20 years no wonder I got a bit of a hole feeling in the sole. Awesome quality to last so long. Thank you.

Fast delivery. Awesome kids jacket and good quality at a good price

Easy to order. Glad to be able to buy quality products from s trusted site. Shipping was fast with communication from the site. Too bad I ordered a couple of weeks earlier to miss another 20% off. Lesson learnt.

The Outlet has some awesome brands at unbelievable prices! I didn’t realise what a huge and diverse range of products I could get here. Now il always check here first when I’m looking for something! Orders arrive really quickly too which is an added bonus!
