They took me through each step of the way and made my experience easy and resolved any issues I had. I am still waiting on the release of my small pot lump sum. I have requested a discharge form which should have been sent in the documents i received i phoned them and they said they would sort it but no joy

The person I spoke was very helpful and easy to speak with, was not pushy about much more than the information that I wanted, they did give me options but they understood what I wanted and why. A small pension came to light and needed to no how easy to transfer to my main pension. Excellent service
