Felt like royalty
My brother and I were treating ourselves to some belated birthday celebrations and the ladies instore didnt rush us or force us to make any decisions on purchases, they made suggestions, went through samples, shared their knowledge, it was one of the best retail experiences I've had, I only wished I made a note of their names to give them more recognition. No service for wheelchair users
I'd like to thank the rude man who pushed in front of a woman in a wheelchair at the merryhill shopping centre store today, and the middle aged lady serving who also chose to ignore me and serve him instead.
I left and purchased the set i wanted from the fragrance store online and saved a whopping £27 on your prices! So, thank you very much, i know where to shop and feel valued going forward!!
Well, I have emailed as requested, although I don't see how you can resolve this now?
So, 2 weeks later and still no contact??
