Can’t even control my own subscription
I have been back in forth with an AI bot over how I cannot set up my account. I have been trying for MONTHS. You’re basically stealing money and charging my card. It tells me to go to a customer portal and I don’t have one cause I can’t set up or activate my account. My dogs breath hasn’t changed nor do they look cleaner and I’ve had her on this for 4 months

Fantastic solution for systemic yeast!
I started the program for the yeast infection that was systemic and two of my dogs and it has made a huge impact on their health. I’ve recommended to two of my other friends with dogs and they’ve purchased the same product and they see the same positive results.

They do not mention it is a subscription I would strongly recommend avoiding these not only will they carry on your subscription once you have canceled it they will carry on taking money out of your bank they are scam artists and the product doesn't work neither

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. When I cancelled my subscription it was cancelled and when I wanted to reinstate it I was back on subscription immediately with a very generous discount. Lola is a 6yr old sausage dog, suffers with anxiety, loss of fur on her stomach and chest and itchy skin. Lola has been taking the skin and coat chews and the prebiotic chews for awhile now and they are amazing. Her fur has grown back, she doesn't scratch anymore and we noticed when we ran out of the prebiotic chews her anxiety returned. She's now back to her normal self. These chews do work and I highly recommend them. Thanking all the staff who have replied to my emails quickly and efficiently and helped me with questions.
