In the first week
In the first week, my mixed breed/large sized dogs were licking their paws and by week two, they were scratching less. There are scheduled deliveries that help you stay on time and on track as well.

I closed my account due to pet passing…
I closed my account due to pet passing but somehow it was reopened. I've asked to close the subscription but I won't get anything for a couple of months then I receive merchandise that i never ordered. Then I call and the subscription is canceled then 2 months later I get the merchandise again and I have to go through the same process over. I want to cancel my subscription PERMANTLY!!!!

The package came as directed, but the Post Office told me, I need to change the mailing address to P.O. Box 602, Northville, New York 12134, instead of my physical address.

I have a 10 year old Cane Corso that was licking her feet all the time. I started her on the PetLab probiotic and problem solved. They must taste good too, see takes them with no hesitation.

Not happy!
I placed my order but couldn't access the portal to manage auto ship. I tried many times without success. I called the number provided and the customer service couldn't access it for me. She tried several times and I received no email. I asked to cancel the order and she said it was already processed and she couldn't cancel. I finally said I'll just send it back when it arrived.
14 days later, I have no product and no refund. I called again. Gave my information. Customer service says my order is "in transit ". I tell her I don't believe her and she offers to send a replacement? If it's in transit, why do I need a replacement. I don't believe it was ever sent but they kept my money. Customer service then offered a refund. I'll let you know if I receive it.

It took a few months to remove the tarter but it is almost completely gone and much fresher breath. So if your pet is having tater issues this product is worth the money!!!!!
