To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

I have called and reached out multiple…
I have called and reached out multiple times about you guys charging my card when I have suspended my subscription. And then I received one for three months and you charge me $88 and some change and then a week later you guys try to take money out of my account for $33 and some change. After there was $88 taken from my account I called and canceled my subscription! I canceled it and then you tried to get money out of my account a week later.

I have been ordering for months
I have been ordering for months, and wasn’t sure my pet was experiencing good gut health, because he every now and then still vomits, and is constantly licking his paws. We were going to discontinue using it, however, he has regular stools, and are not sure he’s not benefiting from it. It may just be the treats or the food, or he may have gotten chiggers. He really likes having his teeth cleaned. We are not going to take him off the probiotics. Thank you so much for offering this product.
