I didn’t receive my order.
They sent me an e-mail asking my complete address, I answered them but after a month I’m still waiting for it.
Then I wrote them to write me the tracking number to follow the shipment but they never answered.

On n 4/20/22 I inadvertently ordered two photo sticks vs one. I contacted their customer service the following day and they promptly refunded the $53 to my account same day. I haven’t seen that kind of service in along time. Kudos to Photostick!!

I don't have the drive yet, but if they are half as good as their support service, it should be marvelous. I mistyped when I purchased and the support team corrected it by return email within the same minute! This bodes well!

I had a problem loading ThePhotoStick and became very frustrated after watching the video. Eventually I sent an email which ended up with Debby McBride. She couldn't have been more helpful. She put me onto the support section which helped and I finally found the problem (the USB was unusable). Debby and I sent emails to and fro over a couple of days and I am now contented. What a great member of your staff.

This product is dangerous. The company replaced the first thumb drive. The drive self-destructed and would not even appear in my list of drives. The replacement was worse. It worked for a while and each time would freeze my computer to such an extreme that I couldn't even shut down ThePhotoStick with a CNTL-Alt-Del. I had to physically shut down my computer. I has NEVER worked even once.

I purchased the 256 GB photostick omni and it just stopped working. My computer stopped recognizing the photostick all together. I keep getting a message to insert disk. After I insert it again and again still no recognition. The light on the photostick just keep flashing. I even tried using different computers and it still cant be found. Only had it for a few weeks and I am very unhappay with this product.

Ordered a couple of photosticks on the 1st February, I accepted that covid might effect their arrival. The money was transferred on that date & todate have still not received them or any correspondence what so ever.

I thought I was doing something wrong until I read the reviews on here. I think I have paid a lot more than anticipated (after paying shipping and VAT) for something that does not work. Firstly after ordering I was bombarded with emails trying to sell me stuff that I did not want, but that was simply an annoyance. I was going to give one of these to my daughter as part of her Christmas present, but when they arrived, I thought they looked just like ordinary memory sticks so I decided against that. I only just got round to trying one this weekend. I thought I would plug it into my laptop and followed instructions. All looked well as it began gain to scan files. It kept stopping and starting, and after about 2 hours it had found around 4,000 photos, but hadn’t actually saved any. I used the helpline and got a quick response telling me where to look for the photos. Following instructions there were still no photos saved. I then went back to the live chat only to find out hat the conversation had been ended by the person on the other end. The following day, I asked my daughter (who is a lot more tech savvy than me) to have a go. She thought she that perhaps I had been a little impatient and should have waited until all the files had scanned, so went through the same performance again. The stick took about 3 hours to scan everything and then started to save. Great, I thought until after a further 2 hours it had only saved about 40 photos. With my laptop running out of battery, I gave up.
I also tried the other stick and it was taking hours to scan. I did think perhaps it could have been a faulty batch, but after reading other reviews I am not hopeful.

Once it was returned I was informed that there’s a shipping charge and handling fee. Since I didn’t feel comfortable dealing with them (no phone number) I insured the “sticks” before returning them.

I purchased a 128Gb photo stick Omni
On the 27th October 2021
Firstly it took months for delivery!
Secondly and most importantly it just does not work!!
I wish I had read all the adverse reports on Trustpilot.
I have followed the instructions to a tee and downloaded the photo stick omni app from the App Store
However it does not download anything!!
Total waste of my time and money!
Great shame as I was really looking forward to freeing up some space.
Waste of time and money!!
No need to talk with the photo stick omni website and help area as I know the product just does not work!!
$130.00 down the drain.

Didn't read reviews before purchasing. Bad on me. After receiving I looked at other devices which stated the other drives they could not be used on latest iPhones (c-ports.) I emailed TS and questioned this. TS didn't know. Then sent a dated cut and paste "research" paragraph from an unknown source that said lightning cable should work with new iPhones so TS said the photostick "should" work. Need more assurance than should or might work before I mess up the c-port. TS was incredibly less than helpful.
Note: Almost immediately after I placed the order, I received an unsolicited email from another company referring to my purchase. It seems obvious Photosticks shares email addresses. Coincidentally, since this purchase I have been inundated with nasty and I mean exceptionally nasty spam.
Needless to say the photosticks are being returned. I am not going to try out a product that "should" work on an expensive new phone.

I received a Photo Stick for Christmas and absolutely love it. I had thousands of photos on my cell phone and the Photo Stick was a easy and convenient way to store my photos. Highly recommend!

Sadly, this Photo Stick was a huge waste of money. It ended up costing me $203.72CAD ($152.55US) for a USB Photo Stick that did not work on ANY Device.
For the last two weeks I have tried uploading photos from my PC, Laptop and two cell phones.
The Photo Stick either did nothing once plugged in or I received a message stating that the USB device connected to this computer malfunctioned or wasn't recognized.
Sadly this product does NOTHING IT Promises. It was a heartbreaking disappointment, a huge waste of money and a big waste of my time.

Sorry but this is a load of rubbish. Left running for 24 hrs and still had not finished. Pulled it out and found that there was nothing on the stick at all. The stick didn't even have their programme on it. A waste of money.
