We met Chris Mills for the first time today. Our discussion revolved around wills and LPAs for my wife and me. Chris explained clearly and simply what was available to us in order to minimise exposure to IHT and possible future care costs. Chris was very helpful and answered all our questions. We were very comfortable to instruct Planning Bee to prepare our wills and LPAs .

The Planning Bee is an excellent company which in my experience has been most ably and efficiently represented by Chris Mills who works for them as a Paralegal. Chris has been responsible for arranging my relatively complicated will and has provided full and comprehensive advice and service all along the way. He is an excellent communicator who has explained all the issues involved in a clear and comprehensive manner, his knowledge and expertise are second to none and it is thanks to him that I now have complete peace of mind about how my affairs will be dealt with when the time comes. On the basis of my acquaintance with and experience of Chris I can thoroughly recommend both him and The Planning Bee to anyone looking for the types of services they offer. Absolutely first rate from start to finish.

Ed Cross who came to see me was a very pleasant man and no pushy at all took time to explain everything to me in clear language didn’t mind going over things so I’m very pleased with the service I received from this firm.

I request their support in a visit at home to complete my requirements as my partner was totally housebound and dependant on me. He was so impressed with the professionalism of the company he asked if it was possible if his own will could be rewritten. This was completed but due to his failing health and many visits and stays in the hospital, we were unable to complete some of the paperwork.
When he eventually passed away unexpectedly, Planning Bee went over and above to support and guide me to the extent that I felt they had become trusted friends who I could rely on completely.
It is now 4 months since his passing and they continue to support and respond to my requirements, daily.
I really don't know what I would have done without the support I have received from every member of this company, I have had contact with.
